First edible fruits no maintenance
Gold oyster grain to straw.

So question should I go and build a fruitijg chamber for them. I've literally had them sitting in a room

Those tubers are nice and big, needs more O2 and light and in about 24-48 hours cap's should form. If they turn "golden" in this time and it's rich-intense O2 is good, else more is needed.
Very good to learn how to handle oyster fruits, including the spores. Good luck, they are a very aggressive branching oyster.

I'd recommend building a Fruiting Chamber. You can check out GreenHouse Build for reference on a small cheap effective model.

I actually just went and bought a bunch of stuff to make kinda like a tent. AKA I'm pretty broke right now
As long as I keep humidity up and fae I don't see what a problem could arise.
I'll post of pic later of my poor man's green house.

I made a hoop house from 1-inch pvc and visqueen. It didn't let as much light through as i would like for weed plants, but i don't see why it wouldn't be fine for fungus.

yep. easy as fuck to build. bury the ends of the "ribs" in the ground. connect them to the "spine" with some tees.

I'm looking to build a hoop house myself with my tax rebate. When I do I'll make a write up.

Forgot to post this.
cost me 30 bucks and 30 minutes of time. Barely anywork. total cost is going to be 50-60 bucks once I find a ultrasonic humidifier. It's nice because it's PVC so I can expand if I want too.

Disaster! I really need to get a power strip as when I do sterile work I have to unplug my culture fridge. Well- as the saying goes "Work sober" - yeah my drunk ass forgot to plug back in my minifridge and my ghetto shelves fell and cultures toppled to the bottom. Thankfully it was only for 24 hours so all the cultures should be fine.

wow those shelves hahaha
If you cant afford to get some proper shelves/new fridge then you could try sourcing some cheap/free wood to slot in. Or you could double up your cardboard.

The cardboard held up fine when the fridge was on- literally for at least a year. I'm just a dumbass and left it unplugged for 24+ hours. Glad I went to put a Piopinno plate in there- could have stayed off much longer.

Your real lucky none of your lids popped off. The collapse could have been a lot worse if they all slid off the shelves.
