Bottle Tek (14 bottles fit into a 66qt monotub with micropore tape)

Everything below was done per the Bottle Tek with the coir-based recipe. (But instead of filling the bottles all the way, they were filled up about 70%.)
Inoculated on 12/6 with liquid inoculant (of cubensis, creeper strain). They took about 20 days for 100% colonization (and some consolidation). This is how they looked the first time I removed the lids yesterday:

I gave about 10 mists per bottle and wiped off all the uncolonized grain/particles on the inside walls so it won't be a vector for contamination. Then added a 1/4" of verm on top and misted another 20-30x per bottle (I wanted to mist the shit out of them.)
Then, to make a monotub as a fruiting chamber I got my drill and 1.5" hole-saw and made holes in my 66qt sterlite tote per SpitBallJedi's Monotub Tek and covered them with micropore tape per Pastywhyte's Easy Micropore Tek.
Here is the monotub maxed out with 14 bottles all cased with plain verm:

(Note how the bottom holes are higher than the standard 4 inches, because I wanted the bottom holes to be directly above the top of the bottles since thats the "top" of the substrate in this case)
A 6500k CFL with a 12/12 timer is setup directly over it like this:

A fan is running 24/7 (on lowest setting) in the room pointing straight up to the ceiling. Hopefully this will provide enough FAE but not dry things out. I sprayed the inside walls and inside of the lid with water so I could see if the water evaporates below/around the holes per Franks Dialing in a monotub like a boss thread. Hygrometer setup inside the monotub was showing 90% after just 30 minutes with the lid on. (Ambient relative humidity is 25-30%. Temps are in the low to mid 70's.)
I know in pastywhyte's micropore thread he says we could remove one of the tapes on the bottom hole for thicker pinsets. I'm tempted to do that but I'm not sure if it will dry things out. I will see how the condensation disappears before I make a decision. I need to dial in my setup overtime so it'll be as much "set and forget" as possible because I can't always tend to this project consistently everyday due to work.
I will update you guys when pins appear. Probably in a week, I reckon.

Okay it's been 24 hours since my setup has been sitting with the fan running nonstop on low in the room. (A heater also turns on intermittently to keep it around 72-73F.) I have not opened the lid whatsoever because I wanna dial it in for a "set and forget" setup.
Here are photos of how the condensation/evaporation looks around the monotub.
Top Hole on one side (it's very obvious how directly below the hole, there is no condensation):

Top Hole on the other side (same as other top hole):

Bottom hole (all of them look like this):

Stats inside monotub after 24 hours: 93% humidity. 73°F
Can you guys tell me if this is good? (This is my first experience with a monotub so any help would be dope.) If this is too much evaporation, I could turn off the fan. (The heater that turns on intermittently may be enough air flow?) Anyway, thanks in advance!

I opened the lid up today for the first time to check it out after 2 days.
The hygrometer shows 93% and the temp inside is quite high and stays high! Low of 74F and high of 75F! The tub looks like it had moist walls/lid except there is a very strong/apparent line/area of dryness below all of the holes. I'm guessing that's good.

This is how the bottles looked upon first opening:

Here is a more closer shot:

Can you tell anything from it? It looked dry to me so I misted them heavily and held a fan directly in front of it for 1-2 minutes. It is impressive how much the mycelium took over the verm in just 48 hours.
Then, I took out some of the bottles to inspect them and there are already side pins forming!

Looks a bit dry. Mist the shit out of your verm without fanning afterwards. Don't be scared. Soak that shit.

Hey thanks for the advice MudaFuka! I soaked them thoroughly and my hand gets so tired of pressing the spray valve hundreds of times, so I ordered me one of these for future sprayings

Update! Mudafuka told me it looked a bit dry (it was)... so I soaked them really good and went to party for the new year weekend and returned and opened the lid to find some mushrooms sticking out already. (About 6 days since fruiting conditions were introduced, which is pretty normal to fast, I guess).
It seems like these mushrooms are really fat and have big caps, it also looks like they were actually side pins that were fairly close to the surface and broke upwards. Anything that's growing on the verm is still a baby pin. (I want to know why side pins grow so vigorously but not top pins. Side pins dont have much air flow... but do have high humidity, so I'm not sure what's going on here.

I have a double layer of microtape on the bottle holes and I'm thinking if I should the top tape (as pasty suggests) to allow more airflow, but I'm not sure. I think more FAE is always the answer, so I shouldn't be afraid, right? I just wanted to get an opinion before I went forward with it. Maybe the pics will help.

Those look healthy. I wouldn't change anything. The ones on the side are bigger because they grew first. Your surface was dry so pinning started on the side where humidity is highest.

Okay I haven't changed anything with the micropore tape. I soaked the shit out of the verm and fanned them once in a while and the tub looks like this now, 6 days later:

They were all inoculated from a "blenderless inoculant" method using an agar that was from an agar pin. Is it normal for the bottles to be ready at different times? I thought if they were all from the same pin they would all consistently fruit and mature at the same time. Is that possible?

Update: All is going swimmingly with this tub:
Six bottles were ready today for harvest. It was the second flush of all of them and the mushrooms themselves are much bigger than their first-flush counterparts.

Absolute madness. I love it.

Thanks Mickster!
I actually have another fresh tub full of freshly colonized bottles made in the same exact fashion as the original post of this thread. They're not fruiting despite it being a week (which is still early, I know) but the mycelium is taking over the verm actually. The micropore tape and fan setup is the same too. They are definitely wet, maybe too wet?

Can you guys glean anything from this image? I don't remember the previous tub being this white before the pins appeared, but then again, that was on the dry side and this is on the wet side so maybe that's why. If the mycelium completely takes over the verm, should I add more verm and mist that?

Hey AK, I'm still a noob myself, but I've heard time and time again that cubes don't even need a casing layer. If the mycelium wants to to eat your vermiculite layer, let em eat! I would not re-case.

Second flush is producing some monster fruits.
I just harvested this baby last night:

Measured out to 98 grams wet.

No it takes about 6-7 days from pin to harvest! I just have different bottles flushing at different times.
