sure. No need to bump your post for no reason. We know where to find you.
Not too keen on using the green house as a sab, but hey it might work well. My clean room consists of a sab in a room with door shut and fan off. Very little contams, not even worth mentioning.

Its a Greenhouse. If you want to do your SAB work in it that won't hurt but it's not necessary.
I can tell that you are over thinking stuff. Do a monotub. Dial in the bottom holes tight and case it if you are worried about your rooms RH. It's pretty simple stuff, no need to complicate it.

Actually sorry im late to this party. There is a time where i grow all my mono tubs in a green house. You need to take the humidifier out of there. I used it for a cool basement and learned that first that water pooling between lids and floor causes mold everywhere. So take it out. Run a small 10 dallor heater/fan on the lowest setting, then leave the door unzipped and just hanging open, increases the fae a lot. Then mist each tub once a day. Thats all if you really want use the green house. Because you live in apt where its 40 degrees all the time

Morning to all. I was reading this and looks amazing. And I ask myself why if he did it,can' I do the same. Why so many people like it. He hasn't been online for like 3 months , so it will take forever to get a response. He said something about a ultra static filter. Is that a woneywell ? I want to have exactly the setup like he has. But without the heaters. And I think he has the USH besides the Honeywell. https://files.shroomery.org/files/15-002/098115226-003.jpg https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/21053320

I'd you want a setup like loafs then go for it. But it's not required for cubes. Be sure to grow some species that it might actually be of some benefit.

yes. i want to gro different species. not just cubes. I have 3 questions
1. What products he has on the picture that i posted, is it a honeywell filter? 2. what could be the best humidifiers on the market for a control environment like the one he has? 3. what on and of timer should i use for the fan/ filter/ cool mist?
this is the best setup that i have seen. If someone can help me find those products, i will greatly appreciated.
if i sound like asking allot of questions i apologize. i know for a fact that mycology , shamanism and agriculture can save my life. now that i'm living with my Gf and got my own apartment, it's so much easier than 3 years before. i want to grow allot of edibles. specially shitake and reishy. in some future morel . i will love to know what he has on that controlled grow room.

OP stop worrying about the rooms humidity.. you should be worried about the surface hydration, whether it's glistening with moisture or not.

Read that. FAE is far more important

Hey guys can you tell me what is the best substrate for monos. I have only done verm/ coco . I have read people use straw/ Hpoo / verm / coco. If I use Hpoo what texture I'm looking for?
My jars are going great. This is the 8 day . Shake or no shake?

I don't know about the best but cvg is the most common. I haven't tried anything else because I only grow cubes and they do well on that sub.
