Shrooms superpowers

Let's make a thread listing the new abilities that we attribute to taking shroomies. Maybe you are wondering what I mean by this, but instead of providing with a more specific question, I will start listing examples 1. More empathy: I remember my last trip, I was with some friend by the river and I was amazed at how they were different persons than myself! Like wow, I didn't fully understand this before, I guess I'm kind of a self-centered jerk 2. Appreciating different lights and colors: Since I went on my first trip I can't stop enjoying the variety of colors our world has to offer. I also notice how light changes because atmospheric conditions and the hour of the day, I can differentiate between "beautiful light" and "ugly light" 3. Loving plants: I've always loved animals, but I was not much of a plant guy, but since I discovered they are actually ALIVE I want to buy every plant in sight to make my place greener. 4. Enjoying art at a new level: I never, never, never, was a guy that enjoyed art that much, I was analytical as hell, and I felt that going to museums or just lying on the couch listening to music was wasting my time. Well, not anymore, now I can't help but visit art museums and to light a joint, lie on the couch and put some music on. Which brings us to the next super power... 5. WTF I LOVE WEED NOW: I always hated weed, it made me felt confused as hell, and kind of paranoic, but since I took shroomies weed feels like a completely new drug. I can't really explain this, but it takes me to new places that I didn't know existed. 6. Women: I'm really curious if this has happened to you people! I like women much much more than I used to, hell, I can't stop myself from approaching new girls, they are so cute, so girly, so light and funny. Maybe all that's happening is that I'm not so serious than I used to and I'm flowing more freely? Maybe I have destroyed obstacles in my spontaneity and I'm more animalistic now? Who knows.
This is all that comes to my mind. I'm really hyped about what you have to share guys!

Psychedelics are good at opening doors in your mind and viewing things in different perspectives, not really super powers that you have acquired more like youve gained new insight and ways to view and observe things , psychedelics make you see everything differently, its made me realize a few things that you've listed like the way light changes, when on psychedelics a sun beam coming through your window in the house could change the cool atmosphere and vibrations of your trip in mere seconds because of the different energy
They also have made me see that everything vibrates at different frequencies whether it's a tone of voice someone uses or anything sitting still also I aswell have expierenced increased empathy , I can view things in other people's shoes now even so much that I may possibly cry if I even think to hard about it
I could probably go on longer with things that psychedelics have shown me Even like lessons such as quit living life so fast or that life is the real trip and to appreciate every moment

About the vibration stuff, I kind of felt this a little on my last trip, I exhaled with a deep AAAAAAAAAH as I was lying in the grass, and I was like "wow, what is going on, this feels so good". I literally could feel the vibrations on my throat expanding through my rib cage. Very very nice. Could you expand upon this? Do you feel/see vibrations on your visual experience?

Wow, you really are a douche, ignoring the truth and listening to only what you want to hear, or what agrees with your crooked ideology. Have fun becoming more and more stupid, wasting away your nervous system on poisonous fungus.

I'd say that shrooms have made me care more about animals/nature. I now notice whenever I go outside how horribly most people treat our planet, and it truly saddens and disgusts me.
Shrooms have also made me care a lot more about my body and mind. Changing my diet to organic vegan, exercising a couple hours a day, 1 hour of meditation a day, cutting things out of my lifestyle/diet that are harmful to my pineal gland (flouride, mercury, pesticides, processed stuff etc.), cutting out tv and only being on the internet an hour a day, and reading a book for at least an hour before I go to bed. Much better than my lifestyle before, can't believe how much healthier I feel.
Shrooms have also changed my views on the afterlife, taken away my fear of death (well maybe not completely, but for the most part). I now believe in reincarnation, and I believe that we are all one with everything. We are God and God is us.
Before shrooms I didn't really know what I believed. I aligned with the beliefs of a Theistic Satanist, but I was pretty skeptical about a lot of it. Some of it I really vibed with, the rest I felt didn't seem right to me. I know I still don't have the answers to any of it really, but I definitely feel shrooms have taken me a lot closer than I ever was before.

Fuck off Mantis. No one can take you seriously when one minute you seem to be super interested in psych's and then the next you're hating on them. Make up your mind.

Come on mantis, no need to spew false information like this, it's not right for new users.
Mushrooms unlock the capabilities of the mind, unimaginable power.
Our entire existence is made of frequency and vibration, what you were feeling is your bodies energy (chi) and experiencing extrasensory phenomena are all innately human abilities, you can grow them as well, even develop new power. It's a fun world out there

Mantis please stop flaming op for no apparent reason..
And to the OP I usually feel it as almost like another sense, it even happens when sober it's just harder to notice the way things vibrate, on higher doses you can almost visually see the way vibrations can change atmosphere like a bad thought or a person you don't like or a happy thought , its crazy how amplified emotions and energy is when your tripping

I mean at this point everyone knows you're just trolling

Yeah I experience all those things. It helps me figure things out in my life and look at things in a whole new light. It makes me feel closer to my wife and child. I look at my wife and just can't stop looking at her and wanting to wrap our bodies together. After the trip I am more social and have less stress and more love for everyone and everything that last for days. I also feel more in tune with everything around me afterward. My best ideas and revelations come after a trip. I also feel like my body is purged of toxins, not sure if it really is tho. Bout to start micro dosing to see how much that will change my day to day life.
I tripped yesterday morning and I feel awesome today

It's ok guy, no worries, farts in the wind are just that The best answer to attention seeking is no answer
Back to topic: I find really interesting how these new abilities to perceive what is already there (or not ) unfold with each new trip. How can this even happen? How do we learn to trip? This really blows my mind. I've had 5 trips and each one gets me a little further...Also, one of my friend who had his second with me said the same. And we got to this conclusion, please feel free to apport your opinion on this: What is really happening when you learn to trip, is that you stop fighting the shroom. The first trip you are like WOW WTFFFF THIS IS AWESOME but at the same time you are a little scared, because all is new and overwhelming, so you fight it, you focus on different things, you start talking non-stop, whatever. Then, with each new trip, you feel more and more comfortable with the experience, and you stop fighting the shroomie, letting it show you whatever it has to show! It's interesting how we give the shrooms a personality

Mantis you are either a troll or don't have a clue what your are talking about. I have been taking paychadelics for 20 years and can remember every trip I have ever had. And I have taken something from everyone trip that I would have never got without them, and it is good, even when it's bad it's good because it allows you to really learn about yourself, your mind, and everything else.

I feel a lot of it comes with maturity. Maybe psychedelics help with that. When I first started it was for the fun of tripping. After a while and some age it turned more spiritual and mental and what I could learn from it.
You may be giving the shrooms personality now but after a while the shrooms will give you personality.

You're really not learning to trip, you're uncovering what's already there. Western world, United states people's are mostly non spiritual beings, these are all innate abilities we're born with, society and westernism never really had a place for them, so we grew away from our Nature as humans
The mushrooms have answers, we have questions

That's a goo line, like the sub-title of a book I never was much of a fun person to be honest, I get into this because I study philosophy and had read some Huxley and Theravada Buddhism...so I had to try it. As I said, now I'm waaaaay more relaxed, artsy, however you want to call it. So yep...maybe they are giving me personality

Ok, don't give me the crazy tag now, but I have to say it. On my 4th trip I just lied down on the couch with music on my headphones...and Jim Morrison talked to me Well, not directly, but I felt like he was delivering his message...and I exploded with a loud WOOOW when he says "the west...is the best..." in The End. I felt sooo stupid for being so western centered (again, I'm heavy on the philosopical tradition of Europe), it was like if Jim was laughing at me for being so naive, but in a sweet and caring way, like "it's ok, you'll learn to be more open"

Hehe, the magical world of psychedelics. Soon you'll be traveling the Astral planes and soaring out of body experiences If you want to develop your ability and power I'd recommend tantric meditation

Maturity comes about as a result of use, but it also seems to be a prerequisite.
People who take them and don't have anything good to say are those are often quite immature, since it's immaturity itself and their other dispositions which are actually shaping their experience. A 'bad' experience is not a negative to a good eye.
If we go into the venture with a will to improve ourselves, we need to be steadfast resisting urge to give up (and at worst, whining about it), since there's often a lot of muck to shake from the psyche. Some is apparent whilst the rest can be deep rooted.
Some people will consume mushroom then shun them for the fact that they aren't scared of the substance, but themselves. The mushroom just becomes the external prop for projection.

That couldn't have been said better were condition at young age over here in the western to not be in tune with nature and spiritually , cultural and societal engineering basically but psychedelics unlock that ability for sure or meditation can aswell

So you're just gonna through out misinformation so blatantly like that? Psilocybin Mushrooms are one of the least toxic/poisonous drugs in existence, it's physically impossible to take a poisonous dose of them. There's also no evidence that they make you "stupid" in fact most of the evidence points in the opposite direction. They seem to have many psychological benefits. What is your angle here mantis? I've seen you being quite ridiculous multiple times already and I just don't get what you're trying to do.

Mushrooms not only do not make you dumb or cause toxicity but promote neuronal growth, treat a variety of psychological ailments, and users are more mentally stable and have a better quality of life.

In SWIMS experience Shrooms seem to increase energy sensitivity. SWIM and others she has talked to seem to experience dream like spirit travel states where new worlds seem to open up all around.
The effects probably extend to most areas of what we would consider as magic or psychic in general.
Low doses of Psilocybin increase visual acuity according to scientific studies.
I have read multiple accounts of people on mescaline experiencing phenomenon like super powers.
Ross Heaven and Carlos Castaneda have both written about this phenomenon in regards to mescaline.
I wonder if anyone could provide insight as to the differences between the "superpowers" that come with the different psychedelics. Maybe shrooms might be good for a certain application while acid might be good for others.
Castaneda suggests that shrooms might be good for scrying type applications while mescaline might be good for interacting with the environment directly.
BTW there is no scientific evidence that psilocybin, LSD or mescaline are anything but perfectly safe and good for you.
