Anywhere where you see nice, even radial growth can be transferred to another plate for sectoring. The image below is where I'd cut from. Be sure to label as you go, it's easy to forget which cut came from which sector!

I would take a piece from each of the points CultiV8 pointed out and pick the ones with the best growth.. Or after each of them almost fill a plate tiger drop them into qt jars and make those your masters

They are used for grain to grain (G2G) transfers. The grain master jar should be healthy and fully colonized. You can use one master jar to inoculate multiple grain jars.

Time for my next set of cuts, I understand what I'm looking for now but I'd still like to hear from experienced agar workers where they'd cut from...
Also what should I do with the older playes? I don't have time to make spawn right now...

Plates can be stored in an insulated lunchbox with a gel pack in the fridge until you can use them. Long term storage requires the use of slants.

You can use them later when you have time.

Your plates are looking good. The sectors I marked are definitely not the only candidates. I just want to show you what you should look for.

Rhizomorphic mycelium is no guarantee for a good culture. Anyway it is easy to work with rhizomorphic mycelium because sectors are much easier to see.
I like to select fast growing and rhizomorphic sectors. If my goal is a isolate I cut out very small pieces.
