No moisture in jars help

Hello. It has been 5 days and this is what I got in Colonizing. My question is ... every time I check the jars I see little ti no moisture in them. Any comments?...

I'm following this tek on the lids. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=14186384&page=0&vc=1#14186384
And 24h soak and 10m simmer. Someone told me that the tek is outdated. After I did the grains. When I move the grains on the top the move freely. The temps range between 74 to 80 degrees. I hope I'm doing ok. This is the first time I work with rye. Someone told me that I should soak them for 10 to 14h and boil or simmer I can't remember for 10 minutes. I just need someone to help me and guide me to the right direction. Tanks

YouYou are fine. The moisture is inside the grains (thats why you soaked)

The jars look great! It's not uncommon to wait 7+ days before seeing ANY growth - you're ahead of the curve! Fretting over details and checking every 12 hours will drive you crazy with this hobby, smoke a bowl and forget about them for two weeks

Just looked at that link on the tek you posted. Noticed a tea bag at the bottom of his LC.

Hmmm, maybe, could be sitting on something, but it seems to have a paper edge. And there seems to be orange colour coming from it as well.
