D&D encounter ideas for tinker bell sized fairy

Doing a 1 on 1 campaign to introduce somebody to the game and they wanted to be small, which I thought sounded fun. Like a pikmin/honey I shrunk the kids campaign. Help me brainstorm ideas?
She's wanting to be something of a loner in a wooded area so I was thinking she would mostly deal with animals but was also trying to think of interesting scenarios involving full sized beings/humans, maybe even giants or something.
Something like the lion with a thorn in its paw story maybe.
I like the idea of an ancient diseased tree being a dungeon, but was also looking for other ideas for tiny dungeons, perhaps an ant/termite/bee colony,
I think it will be cool because she'll be too weak/small to actually use violence outright to get things done, it'll always rely on thinking of some other interesting method.
If you're still reading/interested I just remembered she wanted her fairydom to be a curse of some sort, as in she is a normal sized hobbit or human by birth.

Owlbears, always owlbears.
Also, what about a rival clique of faeries that are constantly pestering her? Possibly a treefolk with a termite problem that needs her help?

Ahh of course, I always forget about treefolk.
I like the rival clique thing too, hating on her for being a mutant or something. Get some people on her level to interact with
Redwall, I read at least a couple of those books as a kid but I don't remember much other than large scale animal war

I actually never read it until about a month ago and I'm already on book three while also reading two Neil Gaiman books in the meantime too. Good stuff!

Reading about mice and badgers going to war with rats is pretty entertaining

How about adding something about a turf war between squirrels and chipmunks.

In a world where mankind has ravaged the planet with industrialization there is only one forest left. To get a break from big city life she visits the forest and is accidentally shrunk by the magical fairies who inhabit the forest. Her timing couldn't have been worse as a money hungry corporation has set their sights on this forest and are coming to squeeze every cent they can get out of it. Together she and the fairies must stop the machines and prevent the forest from being destroyed.
Make plenty of time for songs along the adventure.

Nothing appeals to me no one feels like me, I’m too busy being calm to disappear. I’m in no shape to be alone contrary to the shit that you might hear. You can't wake up, this is not a dream. You're part of a machine, you are not a human being With your face all made up, living on a screen. Low on self esteem, so you run on gasoline

In the https://www.goodreads.com/series/49134-the-legend-of-drizzt series in book 3 i think right after he makes it to the surface there is a quickling fairy of the evil variety that they have helping some giants. Some neat ideas in there for this situation.

As for the human encounter, I think most people would pose a threat to her safety, and she would never approach them unless 1. they needed her help or 2. she needed theirs.
you could confront her with a fight which she has no hope of winning ( obv. don't tell her that ) but during this encounter a human or a hobbit shows up and saves her. They end up becoming friends and going through a dungeon together to save the forest, kind of like what Shroomslip was talking about, but her role in the dungeon is figure out how to solve puzzles and finding the right path while the hobbit character does most of the fighting.

well we're finally gonna get around to actually playing. Came up with a little something i kinda liked. There's going to be a duke/king/something on a group expedition in search of a lost city of gold (D&D el dorado)
Was thinking that the expedition would encounter the other pixies of the wood, who would mislead them and send them right into the arms of a mysterious xenophobic tribe. This tribe will also mislead the expedition, saying they know where the city is but really taking the men somewhere where they will be forced by circumstance to kill something that has been a thorn in the tribes foot.
And this leaves things fairly open for a tinkerbell to whisper in peoples ear or whatever else she comes up with. idk, thoughts?

Someone was telling me about their current campaign the other day where him and a few others were playing as small cute little creatures.
Well he found a demon potion or something and when fighting a tough enemy decided to drink it and turned into a big ass demon
So now he is a giant demon traveling with a pack of cute little furballs

I was trying to figure out some sort of companion to play as DM, somebody who doesn't make decisions since I'm DM.
Perhaps a dumb giant would pair well with the smart pixie. thanks
