Those bags would colonize well with clean LI and proper techniques, but injecting spores in there is a big no-no. Sterilized manure is risky to work with, you want to make sure it's properly pasteurized every single time or you'll be looking at some mean green in no time
Get a PC, look into making pasty plates to get clean mycelium, transfer a piece to sterilized grain jars, mix fully colonized grain jars to bucket tek'd cvg mix in a monotub and whalaa!! Simple stuff, but you have to do your reading to get it right, start here
Good luck man, you can do it, I believe in you and the mushrooms do too

How many times do want to trip. Honestly if this hobby is long term getting a pc and a few set of jars , some grains, silicone, and polyfil is all you need. If short term then get into cake making

Pick up a pressure cooker then, bro. If you get a cheap one, make sure the it can hold at least four quart-sized jars standing up with a little headroom to spare (half an inch or so should work.) If you have the spare coin and you like doing things right the first time, then get an All American. The AA 921 or higher model will set you up right long term. At $200 brand new, this is the single biggest expense you're going to face, but it's a one time thing and you'll have a badass PC that will last forever.

No one needs an AA. There's a 70$ presto 23q that will last forever too if taken care of. Gaskets last 2-3 years
But for a noob just getting started a 20$ Craigslist pressure cooker works
There's labs in breweries that make 25,000+ barrels a year using cheap pressur cookers because AAs are unnecessary bling for most. This hobby just has a fetish with the very nicest equipment
