First grow, I've gotten ahead of myself, HELP.

Hey everyone,
I grew up hunting mushrooms with my dad: Morels, Oyster, Hen of the woods, Chanterelle. Long story short, this past year has re-opened my eyes to the benefits mushrooms can have: from building materials to their medicinal and redemptive properties. & they're just fucking cuties
What better way to experience the different facets of mushrooms and of mycology than actually cultivate them?
Forgive my prologue. I set aside $200 to get into the 'hobby'. I did my lurking and decided to get started on some grain.
This past month I mastered grain prep, inoculation and g2g. Currently I have 12 pint jars of fully colonized Burma, 23 of fully colonized Mazatapec (I had the empty jars and was going away so I just did them all up...whoops). It was a fun ass month, but now I've got quite a lot of spawn and I'm at a roadblock: I don't know what to do next, I didn't think I'd get this far...
I brainstormed myown poor-man's martha using a $10 salvation metal rack, covered in 3 ($3/4) of those survival space blankets. the temperature stays around 80 within (which I can adjust +-5) with the ceramic iguana lamp ($15). My questions are:
1)should I do mini-mono tubs within? What are the pros and cons?
2) or Should I do open tubs (6 inch deep washboard tubs) and keep the humidity within the rack at 90-100? Pros and Cons?
3) I am getting very mixed information on if I should pasteurize the bulk (coir+verm+water, possibly grounds). Is it necessary?
4) How do I mix the spawn into the substrate? Throughout, layered or other?
5) How many colonized jars per tub (pints)?
6) Other things I'm forgetting.... Am I being ignorant to anything?

1- Calm down
2- Do this
https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/11916595/fpart/1/vc/1
3- And put them in these
https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/20356759
https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/17332777
You will want around 10 pints of jars per tub, a bit more if you can spare them. DO NOT USE COFFEE GROUNDS AT FIRST.
Don't overthink it, make a nice monotub. See what it's like, do more research as it colonizes and figure out what you want to do next. Monotubs are self containing environments, you won't have to worry about a greenhouse.
Best of luck!

My excitement may be coming across as panic.
So as it seems in Damion's tek the hot water is enough to pasteurize the 50/50?

Damion5050 is his name, and his tek is more like 80/20.
Just sayin.
It's not really pasteurization as much as it's a heat treatment, but for just coir/verm it works great.

Haha, good catch.
Alright, it's good to hear that I don't need to do any (seemingly) over the top pillow case tek or anything to make sure everything is pasteurized.

Only pasteurized (if you can even call it that) enough for coir verm and gypsum because they are quite contaminant resistant. But it works really well and it's super clean, I've never bothered with anything else.

you can also do mini monos. or trays inside monotubs.

id stay away from green houses/marthas. or anything referred to as 'pmp' or 'air pump'
read the forums for best info. stay away from anything written before this decade. grow first. then dig through and sift through the shit. it can be overwhelming for noobs
post pics of your stuff.

Thanks,
I think I've settled on going the mini mono route so I can keep them within the heated martha (to maintain temp) and have the opportunity to experiment with different method tweaks within each mini.
