Who loves westerns?

I enjoy spaghetti westerns and wish the Italians still made these. Tarantino also makes some interesting modern westerns. Westerns are cool, gritty, and have a trippy essence.
I'm not going to pay for cable and get about 30 to 40 channels with an antenna. Love it when some good n dirty westerns are on. Not into the so called soap opera westerns, filmed on set. Give me a good western filmed on location.
What's your favorite westerns?

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly is probably my favorite of all time.
Unforgiven is hard to beat as the GOAT though.

I like western, when I was younger I remember watching a lot of Clint Eastwood movies.
The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly was a favorite of mine growing up, so was Once Upon A Time In The West, but that one didn't have Clint.

pretty much any movie by Sergio Leone i'm willing to watch. I love em too, i have tons of clint east wood flix and the like. Netflix has "Once upon a time in the west" right now, not sure if it's a spagooter western, but it's worth a watch

This one is in my personal top 10 for sure. That may not seem too good, but consider that I've likely seen a couple thousand movies.
Agreed with 404 regarding the undeniable quality of Sergio Leone movies. I don't watch a ton of westerns, but when I see a great one, I really enjoy it.

ever see A Fistful of dollars and For A Few Dollars More? Not sure if they are meant to be, but those two movies always struck me as non-sequential erm, sequels to the good the bad and the ugly

Yeah, love those two as well. Those three movies are generally known as "The Man With No Name Trilogy". While we're talking about them, might as well give a shout out to Ennio Morricone, who scored all three. Incredible music, iconic. Morricone, at the age of like 150, just won his first Oscar this year for his 'Hateful Eight' score.

Blazing Saddles
--------------------
Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Psalm 12:6 The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. Revelation 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

That's awesome, I did not know that.
Hateful 8 was really good too, even as some were saying it was boring. Samuel Jackson seems to always deliver in everything he plays in, and he played his part really really well.

Yea i used to catch them all the time back in the days, i still do on rare occasions, but i used to too..
What i love most about them is the scenery, the places theyd use to film them, and ofcourse the cinematography and stuff is pretty good too. Decent acting, good plots, etc., etc..
Cons: way too many sucky ones.. Their portrayal of native americans were boring and unimaginative, but other than that, they could either make ur boring day more boring, or u might actually kill sum time..
Theres this one western i really liked, even tho it was in spanish and had english subtitles, was originally in italian or sum shit, the story was good, and the actors were great. You should check it out sum time, its called A Genius, Two Partners and a Dupe. Its one of them spaggethi westerns i guess. Really wish theyd remake it with todays technology..
