First flush early veil breaking!? (SGFC BRF TEK)

Greetings!
I was hoping to get some input to make the second flush a little more... desirable.
I have followed the SGFC and BRF tek to a fine point, everything is the same. No known contaminated jars, MS syringes of P. cubesis (malabar) purchased from renowned vendor, incubation temps always at 78, fully covered and pinning in jar @ 3 weeks, soaked for 24 hours in room temp r/o water, rolled and misted, fanned and misted every 2 hours, 6.5k lights 12/12, fruiting temp 70 and HR 90-100.
I have a few questions that I cant seem to find an answer to after searching for a while:
1. Where do I find a reliable species chart? I just want to make sure these first batches are actually what I was told I was growing. (P. cubensis malabar)
2. I have been fanning and misting every 2 hours as much as I can. Should I still be seeing glistening/water residue on cakes after a fan? Did I spray too much water (about 10 squirts/mists), or fan to little(1:30min to 2min)?
3. I suspect "bad genetics" but what would be causing my mushrooms to break veil so early or be so small? as you can see below, I have some super tiny ones that broke the veil, and even the biggest ones were only 1-2 inches. Could the fact that the these mushrooms were invitro and soaked for 24 hours play a factor?
Thanks in advance, I will keep an eye on this and answer whatever questions in advance.

1. It is Psilocybe cubensis. Read this 2. You do not have to fan/mist that often. Reduce both fanning time and mists. Mist if the cake is starting to look dry. It is hard to explain but you get a feeling for this after some time. 3. Genetics or light source. What lamp do you use?
Take a look at this thread.

bacterial cakes have been known to cause small fruits, but yes I feel genetics are the number 1 culprit here..

Luck of the draw MS. Sounds like you are misting and then trying to fan them dry, mist until covered with fine beads of moisture, repeat when they have evaporated on their own and if you fan at all a couple swipes of the lid after misting is enough to drop the RH and kickstart evaporation.
