Man you might just want throw it out. Even after a few days once I broke the surface of the seeds the smell was wild.
It was like rotting fruit with alcohol and some other vaguely dirty sock like smell.
Yeah, it's been so long that the swelling went down. Lol. It's been too damn cold to deal with it and Im still not supposed to lift more than 10#. Definitely not opening that shit in the house though.

Randalf the Grey said: A week or so ago my gf and I decided to have a good trip. Had been a while since we could cause my injury. I gave her some acid and I snacked on some fruits. Listened to The Wall for first time in YEARS and forgot how much I loved that album. Over the last year or so (since I moved in this house) I've been gathering equipment for my party room. Lost of colored lights, a projector for Winamp Milkdrop, a smoke machine, a laser display.. None of these are high end, but are perfect for me laying in my floor watching things happen.
My dog is used to me tripping. At home, in the mountains, on the water, doesn't matter. He keeps and eye on me, but he knows I'm gonna do some weird shit that he doesn't understand and then I'll calm down, we'll lay down together and fall sleep on the tent or bed as always. My gf dog.....not so much. She is not a smart dog, and almost zero survival instincts. Apparently her only survival instinct was triggered but the lights and lasers and smoke so about 2 hours into the trip we found ourselves trying to calm her dog like she was having a bad trip. I was going around the house turning lights on or off and fanning the doors to clear smoke (looked like we smoked a blunt, not like house fire amounts of smoke). Yeah, totally understand where you're coming from. Thinking to myself that I'm the most coherent so I need to fix this, both so the dogs aren't super stressed out and so I can lay the fuck back down and enjoy the upcoming sites.
Finally got them settlee and was listening to some old Paul Oakenfold when the itch hit me. When to my stash and grabbed a bit of DMT. More often than not this is the setting in blast off from. Right around leak trip. Gf had wanted to try it for a long time but when met she had not tripped before so I wouldn't smoke any with her until she had some experience. Deemz definitely was a bit more than she bargained for so basically replayed the same process with her that I just did for the dogs. Haha 15 mins later she's totally fine and we are both happily tripping again.
LMAO!!!! I can relate! everytime I trip my dog gives me the same look like "here he goes again " and totally keeps watch... love it!
Haha, that's awesome man. Dogs are the best. He is definitely my babysitter through the night, especially in the woods. He stays in the fire light but outside my running\jumping range (I get wild in the woods. Scream at the stars!) and keeps an eye out for night time critters coming into camp. I had a video of him sleeping in the middle of one of my private "raves" last year but can't find it now.
Back to confessions.... I totally thought I had more sterile Petri dishes left than I do and may be forced back to no pours to finish out this restart and cloning of lagm grows. I just hate the no pour containers I chose.

Yeah I’ll make sure not to let her know. I’m going to do it in private and I have a lock on my door. She said she wants to try shrooms, but I’m not sure if I want to after that. I’m debating on finding a new place with a chill roommate.

I confess that even though I’m having a vacation in a beautiful spot far away from it all...

Every once in a while, I wonder how my fungus friends are doing back home. Are they staying warm, is their RH just right? Are the contaminants staying away?
And of course I log in to read posts in the confessions thread and check out photos in the cultivation picture of the day thread!

Hope you're having a blast man! I'm sure your fungi miss you as well.

The WORST part of going on vacation is being away from the fungi. Not to mention I always screw up the timing and have to trash something.
Nice view psilo.

I came home to a couple of fruiting tubs — I confess it’s nice to come home to such things! One was a second flush of some Costa Rican cubes ... they had not thrown spores - that was nice.
The other was this crazy tray I did about two or three weeks ago. I spawned 6 different varieties into one tray. I had a bunch of 1/2 pint jars of spawn. Anyway.., this is what it looked like. The pictures with spores our caps are what it looked like today.
I was very surprised by how dark one stained so I cloned that later tonight:

Did you keep the spawn in general areas or did they just isolate themselves by variety?
That’s a cool tub I like all the side pins one type decided to do.
Also a huge fan of those cacti, easily my favorite trip.

haha, A.k.a beat me to it.
Nice cactus Psilo, and love the grab bag tray.
I confess I fell asleep on the couch last night and left the shoeboxes I was going to print and harvest sitting in my lab. Definitely gonna have some messy caps but shouldn't prevent printing. I'm glad I have 2 SABs so I can print in one and clone/transfer in the other but I almost need three at this point. Lots of printing going on.

My wife, kids and friends are in florida in an Airbnb and I'm locked down in my state. Was supposed to meet them in a few days.
I'm currently at home tripping balls listening to Pink Floyd surrounded by mushrooms in various stages and a shitload of lab equipment. I'm either doing something right or really wrong.

Grim, I confess that makes me just a tad jealous. If you are a dad like me, you love your family so much - but feel just a little grin come on when you are all alone for once in your own private space! "What? I'm in the house alone, really?!" (then the grin).
May your family be safe and healthy Grim.
I confess that my "staycation" (working from home) has given me more time for cultivation (minus all the time I spend getting dressed, commuting, packing a lunch, listening to a coworker BS about something, etc etc. ) and I am completely stoked to be doing a bit of myco work each day and keeping a closer eye on my cultures.
Here is a beautiful fruit that came up in that "mixed bag tray"

The answer to the question up there ... is a bit of both. I started by leaving pretty distinct piles of spawn but then I definitely blurred the edges when I mixed additional coir in. Overall the fruits seem on the small side and it makes me think that the networks of mycelium are scattered and diffuse and have trouble drawing moisture and nutrients and may be competing with one another. Still fun though... I just had a cluster come up over the past two days and it is clearly one variety, but right beside it about a day or two behind is something that looks similar yet distinct so I'm assuming it is a different variety. You can kind of see it in the upper right of this photo:

Last confession... I have to confess I found this pretty good comic relief here in the time of COVID-19:

Happy Friday Night My FungiFriends Stay Safe Stay Well and may none of you feel too hard a hit financially from this mess.

Psilo as I read your post my mind heard it entirely in a Bob Ross voice but I'm coming down from tripping balls. Either way good times..
Yeah man I already miss my family on day one. My brother in law is coming over for a couple hours tomorrow.

Yeah but they just got there yesterday and they're renting a house for 2 weeks. I could take off now but my industry (as of yesterday) is one of those "essential" ones for now so it's just not smart to take off work. A lot can change. Earning a living while I can.

I confess. I am struggling to complete my grow for the LAGM2020. I have started 2 times from spores only to grow mold. Then I got some killer cultures from a friend so I filled up the grow room with that. I streaked PM for the 3rd time this year. Wish me luck. I confess. I don't want to let it kick my ass this time.
