Bro...lol.
I can’t stand benzos. I had a few friends that were inexplicably drawn to them. Instant retardation followed up with a memory wipe.
You ain't kidding, they make me angry and violent.

I confess. Im thinking about making an appointment with a tattoo removal clinic to get my track marks removed. It's been a while now and they are just as dark as ever. But thanks to mushrooms I think it's time to remove the reminder and get on with life.

Tattoo removal works on tracks??
I thought it just broke down the ink, they have methods to remove scar tissue?
I get that though, having a constant reminder and having something highly visible from your past that people will use to make assumptions about you sucks.
Good luck man.

I confess that I promised my wife I wouldn't grow in the house because she doesn't want mold to be in the house (allergies) I said baby, "I never grow mold" That was probably a lie...
The couch is comfortable, I can agree with that.

I confess I’m going to have to take a break again. For a good reason but I’ll miss it. I’m winding down all my grows now.

Ha ha! Good one! You’d be surprised (or not) how many ‘my girlfriend/wife is jealous of my mushrooms confessions there are in this thread!
I confess that I miss my mush cult even when I’m NOT on a break! I’d like to do some mushcult every day, but even when I’m active I only get around to some serious engagement of the hobby about once a week.
I actually think about how awesome it will be when I’m retired and can do mush cult every day!

I mean shit psilo you put enough hours into the op and you should be able to make it your day job. When I was really getting it going I could have quit my job edibles and medicinals are the way to go for that venture

It is so freaking cool to be able to go mush huntin or do mush cult whenever you want, but even in retirement the significant other will throw a wrench in your plans.
edit I confess I hate autocorrect

I confess I’m getting very excited. I have not had any tubs going since October. I finally spawned some bags that had colonized back in late November... wasn’t sure if they would work but they all appear to be doing well. Should start seeing pins in the next 4-5 days. Feeling that noob rush of “cant wait for my pins... where are my pins... oooh is that one?!!” 😜

Wooooo Hoooo! Congratulations my MycoBro! Very happy for you. The comment that Doc made will probably be true for me to some extent, always seems like my wife is saying “We should do...” when what she really means is I should do it. She’s a feminist, but somehow still seems to think that all the traditional guy stuff is my domain not hers...

Time for a real confession in Doc Digglers old thread...
The amount of plastic waste I generate on my mushroom farm is very disturbing. I'm not even that large of an operation. When I think about farms like earth angel mushrooms that do major volume I'm a bit troubled by it. Then I think about just how big the movement is for fresh gourmet mushrooms across the country and realize what a mountain of plastic that is every week. If the hippies ever find out the jig is up. We'll have to bring slayer and the wall of sound in to clear them all out
I tried the biodegradable bags and they suck ass. What can you do At least my plastic is in the landfill and not the ocean I suppose
Also I cut the exhaust fan off in the growroom a couple of days ago to clean and my stoned ass forgot to turn it on and didn't notice for 2 dahys so now I have about 20 pounds of blue and Italian oysters with 3 inch stems. Good times

There is a moment when everyone come to fruition about this issue. I can live in the now as things are ,or I can change my behavior and hope everyone else is doing the same thing. Truth is, they won't. And nore likely we are in a computer program anyway. So live and let die I say.

I really don't want 27 pounds of mushrooms, I just want to keep spawn going all the time.

I also work at a coal mine, and the snow wisping around the piles of coal look like mycelium colonizing substrate.
First grow, how does my mycelium look?
