I confess...
Ive gotten in too deep and dont have the time for everything... Obviously cant stop, and dont want to and wont, but it hard to keep everything in order... Im keeping everything i need going, all of my spawn is still totally good, although im really seeing how too full jars can fuck up a rotation..
Have 24 jars that i cant shake that just have to go top down and honestly i hve a feeling theyre all going to stall and ill lose them...
Ive got more but its still time and money wasted..
I've got trades that i need to send out that i havent had the time to put together and it's fucking with my head
No operation stopping confession, just had to let someone know that im trying

I have never seen spawn stall unless there was contamination in there. Also heavy over colonization can be a sign of bacteria. NOT saying it is, but be mindful of this.

Don't forget the refrigerator for jars that you need to slow down or put on hold. Seal the jar(s) up in a plastic tote or a gallon ziplock pop them in there and you can pull them out 6 months later and spawn them or grain to grain them. The chill will keep the myc from burning through your grain and creating a ton of metabolites while you are waiting to catch up with everything.
(Next level:... slow down a tad and plan your grows a bit more. Very hard to do when you are so stoked for everything mush cult! We have all been here and all frequently return to this level of madness. )

Solid advice. Was doing good until a trip out of state throw everything off and unexpected circumstances threw things off. Also finding that bags make it much easier. Dealing with so many jars was part of the hassle.

It will be okay. I've recently met people that do their agar and LC along with their grain runs. Stupid AF to me, but that's what they do.

ran into this problem last run. unless u have a 2nd pc with your next batch... eventually theres a limit. my last pour session, when I started the agar was too hot and plates stuck together (I hate that shit!) and by my last sleeve the agar was too cold and poured all clumpy. now call me goldie locks, but just something to consider when doing the mega plate pours

i confess! altho we are currently cleaning up 3 varieties at once, i thought a sleeve of twenty would last a month here, looks like we'll be pouring more in a few days lol.
if making more than one agar pour bottle i'm thinking hot water bath (like what we use to cool the agar to pour temp, water from faucet comes out at 135F) or stir plate with heating element would help keep it right temps for when you get to it. i've proven to be painfully slow so far, got this tucked in mind for future expansion work.
