I confess, it just took me over an hour to scoop agar out of old plates.. Then I had to hit them with alcohol to take marker off... They filled a grain bag(50lb) almost to the top

I haven’t decided yet, but I think it will be a contest about confessing about confessions... Like confessing the reason(s) you like confessing here...

I don’t need a print but I love the idea of confessing your confessions! I’ve confessed so may times here I have a big list of reasons why it feels good.
Bring it on PsiloPsychIn! Love it 😍

I confess that I was doing a grain to grain transfer with lions mane and had a clean culture of PEU that I wanted to put to grain before expanding. Well I put it to grains. Expanded the culture to 10 more plates and then forgot to remove that jar from flow. So when it was all said and done it got grains from the LM and a wedge from the PEU. I also confess that I love confessional because it feels good to tell the truth. In my day to day life I avoid people knowing about my mistakes but here that's the point. Just feels good. Like swimming naked.

I confess I still haven't chucked month-old plates that have a greater biodiversity than the Amazon jungle.
Also that my room smells a littlebit like decaying wood from all the containers of colonising woodchips sitting on my desk....

I confess I really wanna make some logs. Straw logs maybe. Or maybe we can use a different substrate, but I think it would be dope if a couple of us did it together. Document it. Take pic. Blah blah blah.

I feel like a good contest would be confessing the reasons you and this hobby fit together so well.

I confess it's partly about giving back to a community I have been able to take so much from. Where would you be without love? I can't even imagine.
