Last time I had something like that (mine was radioactive green), 10 min later I was full on, balls to the wall, melting in the freaking floor tripping, it was the single most awesome nightmarish experience I have ever had.

I confess,
I have been rejuvenated.
I decided to go to the university lab stores to get some microcentrifuge tubes.
The woman working there was so helpful and turned me on to cryotubes. They have 2ml and 1.2ml, they sit upright and have a screw-cap. My new fav!
It was so nice to talk to a scientist about lab work and sterile technique. I said I dislike the microcentrifuge tubes because I invariably put some part of me over the opening while I try and flip the hinged lid. She said they all hate them for the same reason.
It was great to bullshit and connect with her and talk about her sampling zooplankton. Made me want to learn more and grow.

I've done ice extraction a couple of times now and I'm calling bullshit on it. The last one I did turned dark but bright blue! I left it in the fridge with the ice for a few days shaking randomly. I thought oh man this is going to be strong AF. But when I filtered and squeezed the mushrooms out there still a lot of blue in them.. So boiled them in water to see if I could make tea with them and so much more psylocibin came out of them! The ice extraction works yes but I it does not get all the psilocybin out of the mushrooms ime. I also had a local friend have the same results as me. But I will say anytime I've had tea turn that color I was fucking GONE!
Did u drink it yet? How was the experience?

That’s awesome Spindly, great to find that inspiration! Have to ask, 2ml seems very small, have you tried them yet?
I confess, for the last 6 months when using my PC, I’ve had to tap the pressure gauge with a spoon to see the correct psi....... and I’ve had a new gauge for 4 months and just finally put it on today đŸ˜‚

I confess, I put some questionable agar to grain and brf today, and I'm not really sure why. Impatience? Curiosity? Only time will tell.

Thanks for connecting Sunny , It was a really nice day and wanted to share.
I'm using the tubes for trading gourmet/medicinal cultures mainly. Maybe for some storage uses myself? I have used some 2ml before. I actually opted for the 1.2ml. My thoughts being, I can fit a wedge in them and don't have to "reach" in far with the scalpel to get them out or tap them on the counter to slide the wedge to the opening.
The screw cap works SO well with my sterile work flow. With the vial in my left hand, I can take a wedge and remove lid with right hand. Those damn flip tops are always in my way, flopping around.

That’s a great idea for trading for sure! Cheap and look like they might transport a bit better, I worry about plates. Think I might try the 5ml for storage though....

I confess I'm about to give up on this stubborn A+ MS syringe I got. Pretty sure it came bacterial right from the vendor, and I haven't had any luck cleaning it up.
I've tried BRF, peroxide agar, and teagar. I'll try at least one more transfer with a sandwich pour before moving on. I have plenty of other varieties going strong.

So my best friend texted me this morning "I don't think we understand what we're fucking with".
Apparently, he had a hellish trip last night and was trapped in some "room of no hope and despair" for what he said felt like 10,000 years. Now he's quitting cultivation all together and vowed never to trip again.
Fuck! I lost my grow buddy so I am back to doing this shit all alone.

Tim Ferriss talks about an ayahuasca like this (starting at about 53 minutes), but the way he talks about it might really benefit your friend. https://tim.blog/2018/12/13/peter-attia-vs-tim-ferriss/
