I had just finished making cana-mct oil, I may have sucked the last tablespoon of oil from the filter bag. i still have a buzz actually. Still can't believe I did that. I quickly bathed the jar with fresh water, hopefully I didn't kill the full organism.

I confess, I'm pacing waiting to see if the first plates I poured in front of the beast stay clean... I'm sure, but it's nerve wracking

I still do that...even though I've poured over 100 in front of my filter/fan unit with minimal contaminations

I did that in Feb with two old KSSS plates I found in my closet. I better get working!β
Nothin special yet but itβs still cool to see the βresurrectionβ of a culture.
Now I confess that when I was weighing my tub from yesterday (first harvest in a 11 months) I was really bummed to only see 40g wet.... woke up this morning realizing the last time I used that scale was to ship a package and was still set on pounds
Happy to say it was more around 180 wet!

Also my mushroom grew a mushroom, these things never cease to amaze me

How many was all? There was a sale near me and I bought 8 more sets... I have no idea why I decided to do this, it's not like I have room or time!

I bought 32 bottles.
I guess I left the impression I could have bought 100 or something

It should be ok, I did the same thing before, it just turned blue for a while then bounced back. As long as you rinsed it off enough.

I confess, I've been called an asshole twice already today (last hour or so) for "laying out"... fuckers don't seem to understand that I'm still working: got cubes and oysters to harvest... need to prep coir, sawdust, and grain... wash tubs and jars (got a handful with shit stuck in them) mix, cook, pour, and use petri dishes, tear the walls out in the future fruiting room (no longer putting the lab out there as well: need all the room I can get, and liked the idea of having my $1000 paper product hanging out in high humid, and likely sporelated conditions less and less, the more I considered it)... I'm about to go full on "asshole" and tell them to find someone else... killing myself to continue working part time, while trying to jump start my own thing, unappreciative name calling is the last thing I need, and a quick way to run me the fuck off... rant over, back to"work" "asshole"

I confess that my truck is in the shop... again. So instead of doing gourmet mush work and workingnin the market garden Iβm stuck at home doing work with actives. Which would be fine if I had petri dishes to pour agar or grain to cook but I donβt so I guess Iβll dump and clean tubs that are on their 3rd or 4th flushes and clean the fruiting room. Might make some no pours in 1/2 pint jars, I usually do pour agar because I have like 40 sleeves of petri dishes at the gourmet farm but I have a shitload of little jars here at home. Do I need to mod lids or is there enough air in the jar to be ok?

They dont need to be modded. Just back them off a 1/4 turn during the PC cycle. Tighten them after

I tightened some, even with mods, before the cycle and then again afterwards and I hav 9 of 50 I will likely have to use tools to open.
