I confess, I've started talking to my colonized jars.

I realized I had this fanatical energy of GROW-PRODUCE-GROW-PRODUCE. Not very respectful of a living thing, especially one that brings me such joy and power.

So, now I tell the fungi how much I appreciate them and thank them for their help. That I am grateful for them and all they have taught me.

I know it's just coincidence but I started doing that yesterday, and today I have pins...

I confess, I want to make some kind of "foil jig" so I can quickly get perfect size pieces of foil for printing.
I fucking hate cutting foil for prints.

Yeah I made some to speed up the process and most of the jars still are taking over 2 weeks .. so I confess that I probably will not make any more LC

I confess I'm elated to find someones significant other hasn't had a seizure in 3 months rather than every day when I inquired them to look at the studies on micro dosing mushrooms to stop epileptic seizures and cluster headaches.

I havent made LC in a while, been using a blender lid and putting one plate per 100ml h2o, pouring to about 10 jars. Takes just as long if not longer than throwing 1/4 plate to 4 jars and then doing g2g’s. I think if I grew it out it as LC it would be faster. But for now I’m liking a2g2g2grain bags.

i confess, i honestly might just love LC because i HATE washing jars. Actually I hate almost everything about jars compared to bags. I hate shaking jars, I hate cleaning jars with iso before g2g, i hate banging jars before spawning, and i HATE HATE HATE WASHING jars. In fact, I'll go take a picture in the garage that shows how much i loathe washing jars. It's been months since i used jars and these are still chillin.... be back in a second.

I have a bottle brush that makes it easy, or if I’m at my gourmet mushroom farm I spray em out with a  garden hose (high pressure)and call it good. If you dont let them dry out it works well enough, although I feel you on not enjoying washing jars, I probably have 150-200 sitting in the sink at the farm at any given time and 50-100 in use, I only use bags when I’m doing 3rd or 4th gen grain cubes and I use bags for fruiting edibles, although I hope to start using the biodegradable bags that Gr0wer is selling now.

Damn me too. Bags huh? I confess tried my hand at LC. Nothing happened. No contams. No myc. Just grains in a jar 5 days later.

That's odd, no myc... no nothing. That happened once to my girlfriend. She made up a bunch of bags and nocced em with my left over lc. Nothing. They sat for weeks and finally i dumped them. No smell other than cooked grain. WHAT. I just convinced  myself that she was tripping and hallucinated the whole noc up session. Who knows...

Happened to me now. .. I made 6qt grain bags and hit them with the same lc as these and nothing I just reinoculated last night .. I had issues with lc whne I used oats and would shake the grain after ... I am using barley almost similar to oats and I shook the bags so I am wondering if that's why ... but I hit a bag with 12cc of fully colonized lc snd allowed to sit with nothing...

My wheat jars I hit woth lc all are colonizing fine I'm wondering if the hull of the barley/oats smothers the myc ? Idk but some jars of barley have no growth and some do and even the ones that do are not great
