I beg to differ, I've been stuck in a rut fighting depression for the last 5 years...that shit sucks...comes and goes with the wind too... Ups & downs, but just gotta deal with it

I have too, but even in the midst of depression attitude is a little change that makes a big difference

Admitting that my lack of understanding my emotions was the root cause of my own depression was the most beneficial thing that lead to me improving my perspectives.

heard on the radio last night, the FDA has just approved a ketamine based nasal spray for persistent clinical depression which fails to respond to first line antidepressants.

https://www.npr.org/sections/health-shots/2019/03/05/700509903/fda-clears-esketamine-nasal-spray-for-hard-to-treat-depression

i might also confess. i dosed half a gram and got some real invention done last sunday. furthermore, that dose led to a minor epiphany which solved the math problem i'd been stuck on the previous day. it's incredible the effect that barely threshold dose had. it oughta be illegal... oh wait... FUCK!

I just got used to things fucking up, or getting fucked up, and learned I'm better off alone...people seem to make my depression worse...so I stick to myself for the most part.. Most people = shit

Keep in mind if it's ugly on them, it's ugly on you. Self reflect to not be that thing that inspires you to feel depressed. We are quick to blame others for what is actually our doing, or behaviors we replicate. Rasta say.. keepa you mouth, keepa you life. You have two eyes, two ears, one mouth. Haffi listen twice, see twice.. speak once. Live by example so that the other you who comes into contact with you doesnt think you're shit and goes home to be depressed and feel better off alone. You're only ever gonna be alone that way, friend. Protection is one thing, intentional isolation from ever trying to grow to be in unison is what will keep mankind on track to self elimination.

I did some regular brf cake, with pearl oyster, to ensure i was using enough of the culture suspension in order to have mycelium fibers come out. I had thought i didnt use enough (used a drop) on my plates. It didnt show face for a while so i went plan b which was the cakes. They both showed up same time, just veeery light/whispy - hard to see. I have learned that this is common of the oyster myc when young and fills out with age. I can confirm this now lol the shit is crawling all the way up the jar. This culture is voracious af, or could just be the tendancy of this particular mushroom overall. Either way its blowin up on my grain jars. I xfered crumbled cake to 3 jars and its almost fully colonized 3 days later.... compare that to a decently sized wedge dropped to a jar, its about half the growth rate, with the same amount of growth sites from shaking and breaking the wedge. Strange shit

That's sweet! I heard oysters are fast colonizers with a really hardy mycelium

If any of you do tattoos disposable needles work great for a loop...just melt the needles off and you got an inoculation loop

I like being alone, and my depression is worse when people are constantly bothering me... I have a problem with people using me, so I avoid people... To avoid the bullshit they bring... I can deal with my own shit, but refuse to deal with others shit
