I am... always thought it would be effective if it were my first experience, and in a clinical, hypnotic/suggestive application... I think a lot of it is just the slap in the face though lol,  it's been much easier than I anticipated

That's what I found also. Was almost afraid of it bring crazy hard. But being in a bad mod and a short temper for a few days, difficulty sleeping for a week give and take. I find to be a cheap price for a healthier life and saving money also for that matter.

Hardest think for me was giving up spliffs (joint with tobacco). Because I find that it's a very different high with a vaporizer. Anyone else found this to be true?

Again, you go Caps!

Thx, I've been easily aggravated a time or 2... but not horribly... I'll never stop smoking grass, I'm huffing down a doobie now lol... "My friends forced me to take just one marijuana, and I've been hooked on them ever since!"... also decided to start taking $60(what i would spend on smokes) and putting it in the bank every week... pretend like it's not there, have it for the camping trip come April-ish...

Sounds like an awesome idea with the bank!

I just spent it all own mushroom supplies.
You sent me a print tho. So I guess you saved me a bit also. I owe you. Can not wait for some RWs.

Oh I confess that it was super weird how after only not smoking tobacco for less then 30 days I would catch myself thinking thoughts like "how can they be so stupid as to smoke those cancer sticks"  when I see someone smoking.

Talk about getting up on a high and mighty horse fast!

Yes indeed Its been too long sense I enjoyed the fruit of my labor!

It's been 5 years since I have touched a cigarette after smoking for 18 years. One of my only regrets was starting. I used a vape to switch over, and it took me a year to get to 0% nicotine liquids. Quitting vaping was actually more difficult than quitting nicotine. The psychological addiction of having a puff every few minutes of the day was tough to break.

My partner quit at the same time, but started smoking a year ago. I'm super disappointed in her. She blames it on stress - I lost my job late last year, and was the primary breadwinner. Her business has barely managed to keep the lights on and puppers fed.

Damn, this is almost my exact same story and time line. Only difference was it took me about 2.5 years to get to 0%, then another month or so where I was like "Oh! Hey! I don't need this any more"

Good luck with everything

IDK about anyone else, but I'm like 5 years post-quit, and smoke fucking grosses me out now. The smell, the taste, all of it. I can't believe I smoked for 18 years. I had one ciagrette since I quit, and I couldn't even smoke half of it. It didn't relieve my stress, nothing. I guess I had to do some mental work to get to this spot too.

When I'm off cigs they smell awfull...but like if I have no weed my anxiaty gets out of hand. I always have this feeling I'm about to die...it gets worse when there's no people around. Or if I drink too much....mushrooms stops this feeling completely... That's why I love mushrooms so mush

Interesting. You said you're in detroit yeah? MI is legal recreational pot now right? Is it still a pain to get over smokes? I ask because I got a prescription for the stuff and will (when I run out) be going to the shop to pick up stuff specifically for this. Glad you have alternatives.

And yes, mushrooms fucking kill my desire to do anything related to nicotine (I assume?) and alcohol.
