I swear she's from another planet. Honestly there's no one else's hands I'd rather put my earth bound reality in. I'm a lucky man.
As others said, sounds like nothing's wrong.
In kind, I musht confess, I have a lady friend who's been pretty keen on me here since my breakup. There's some things I'm not a huge fan of, but she fucking believes in my mushroom shit hard core. That's a good fucking bit in her favor. Sexual compatibility could be better

I confess, yesterday I applied for a local veterinary research company doing culture work and I'm super excited about the possibility... I just hope they dont ask my supervisor about the 4 years of "sterility training" I put on my application considering it was all done in my closet

Shit, I used my decades of playing D'n'D as examples of "Personell organization for group tasks" and also "Leadership building activities" (I was the GM) on my resume. I debated on using my WoW guild leadership even! That shit IS experience. Just don't say from where

Yeah, I live in a pretty fucking big city and it happens a lot. I get pulled in a lot of directions with oppertunities. I've been running RPGs since I was 12 (many decades ago) and really prefer the consistancy of a good solid group.
This means I spend a lot of time cultivating my group. Currently my group is going 6+ years strong and I'm super excited. We lost one person about 3-4 years ago, and replaced them, but that's the only change in the whole time. We're on our second campaign together, this time they all chose evil characters. It's been fun, but at times I have to get them back from the creepy shit (like necromantic beastiality... yup).
Why post all this? I think I'm saying "If you want it to happen, make it fucking happen." You're growing mushrooms, if you can organize that you can fucking organize 2-6 friends and at least run something like Fiasco (super rules light RPG... as in almost no rules). I believe in you!

Oh, Detroit! Find a game shop, look online for when they have D&D or Pathfinder nights. They will. Go, show up with some dice and some note paper, and have a fucking blast. They have this shit down so it's basically plug and play: you get a character sheet and a GM will run you through a structured scenario for "credit" online. I do this sometimes when I need a fix as a player. I show up with some random character I've been working on and have 3-4 hours of fun.

I confess the shroomery is a catch 22 for me. It has taught me so much and has gotten me to where I am today in mycology but on the other hand it has stalled my work a lot bc I'm always sitting on the shroomery instead of getting shit done!
