Haha I spawned it this morning but i can take a picture of the tray I guess haha i totally went MS straight to oats on about half the jars to just for the hell of it, got a PE almost ready, PE6, mexicana Jalisco, and some cope cyans all almost ready. I'm worried on the pans though because the mycelium is so damn thin and wispy its hard to see

LI is nice when u need to stretch a plate. I add 100ml water to my blender jar, and a whole 100x15 plate. Now I can inoculate 12+ quarts.

I'd still just cut 16 wedges and wait longer personally... I'm a minimalist, and don't like risk lol
I'll be spawning a jar this evening that was only shaken after A2G initially: if it does ok, I may quit shaking, as colonization with even as little as a 1/4 petri of cultured soft agar (down to 3g agar powder to 525ml of water) has been even, fairly consistently... may experiment with using even less: both culture per jar, and agar per solution

Is that anything like a ventriloquist? too much?
I confess, I had an appointment to make myself as sterile as a 2 hour PC cycle...

Those stuntzii don't look like them, they were about 1/2 to 1/4 that size and darker. They also had a purple ring on the stem underneath the cap. Cap was a bit more roundish and longer i think as well, sort of "bullet" shaped

This is something Psilo and Eat came up with. I think you’ll like it if you try it:

I'm pretty stuck on SAGARI, and already have all the materials I need... interesting approach, but still overly complicated for the application IMO... with SAGARI, I pour all my plates the same, if they're clean, I can use as is with no additional transfers, and still get the advantages of faster colonization seen with LC/LI... I may get bored and try some of the many other approaches, but for now, this matches the materials I have available, and generally meets/surpasses my expectations for speed... thx for the link: interesting read, and love seeing how other's are doing things
