Mybother question would be could you use it as dye after the pull if you adjust the pH?

Haha yeah the lye solution is okay to go down the drain once its neutralized (hell lye is a drain cleaner so it probably wouldnt hurt to just dump it straight unless your on septic then it can mess up the microorganisms in your septic) honestly dmt is probably one of the easiest at home extractions ever, A/B extract on ACRB with or without a defat (without a defat you get orange colored goo/oil that contains dmt and nmt haha the nmt adds to the effects since its active as well)
You probably could but I personally wouldn't, lye and vinegar create water and sodium acetate and while sodium acetate isn't very dangerous it could effect how the well the color stains. Perhaps an expirement is needed

Whenever you guys talk about making DMT, I get all tingly. Then realize I have enough shit to learn and do as it is!
Spent all last night reading up on LC and making a couple special jars with lids.

Well that depends, some people prefer to have the NMT mixed in because it adds to the experience since NMT is slightly active on its own, plus it makes it more full spectrum so to speak

I also like to pull MHRB with xylene after it stops precipitating in naphtha, it pulls the red "jungle spice", ... there's a bit of speculation as to whether it's simply nn-DMT oxide, or some other alkaloid all together, but it's intense: arguably more so than the fluffy crystals... certainly can be much darker, or earthly based, like ayahuasca or pharmahuasca/Anahuasca IME
I confess, I went to work 2 hours late: after dropping cultures to oats... to my defense, hurt my back the other day, was out yesterday, and had intended to take today... but there are some things I want to invest in, and investments cost money: worked through it though, and brings me closer to not having to do this "working in the cold" shit next year... pipe dreams perhaps, but for once in my life, I've got the drive, the passion, and the self-worth/confidence to fucking go for it!

You hurt it on the job? Did you file worker's comp.? (I know most people wouldn't). Back injuries are serious shit man. I feel ya, worked receiving at Lowe's for a year and a half, lifting heavy shit all night. I'm lucky I'm young so I didn't have to be quite as careful, but that's not the first job I had where I realized how precious one's back is. Hope you feel better . Also you think down there is cold? try PA lol

I confess. Iβve done agar in the passed. spent months transferring and it went horrible once I put it on grain. This year is my second attempt. Iβve got a few things I been transferring. Keep running into bacteria And also I keep doubting myself. But I keep on getting my sterile technique better and keep on reading and learning little things I can change. I wonβt give up this time. And at the same time Iβm always worried if I should have just stuck to shredded brf cakes. I want this so badly. I LOVE THIS HOBBY but at the same time itβs a head scratcher. I only blame myself for my fails.

Good luck! I started using a surgical mask, and it helped a lot with bacterial contaminants. I know many people don't use them, but I figure, why not? Sounds like you've got the right attitude and will be having regular success soon enough

I think you'll get it! Hedge your bets too. Don't just work with 1 plate for cultivation... work with 10! You have much better chances that one will be good

Hoob, I suggest focusing on a clean culture... I like to grow MS as genetically variant as possible and pick clones to invest time in... you could spend all that time and end up with a shallow pool of shitty genetics, having never brought it to fruition is quite a gamble IMO
