Lookin good Growlingmycelium!

.......

I confess, I eat my spawn!
:cannotunsee:

Grain spawn that is.

Well hydrated wheat berries are delicious. Same thing with fye berries. Sometimes if I make extra, I add some other things and a basalmic vinegarette and have a yummy and hearty salad. Oats with the husk are a bit more of a challenge but they are still yummy.

Tempeh is fermented and cooked soybeans made into a block. Other grains are used too

Wheat berries in a salad with walnuts, cranberries and feta cheese are killer

Fair enough, they say 'fermented' but it's a mycelium. I think they say that so people aren't scared off by...

MUSHROOMS!

I'm tripping for the first time in 2 months tonight. 5g cranberry/lemon tek tea of this great Huautla I have.

I don't know why but I get so scared and nervous when I haven't tripped in awhile.

I tend to wing it when I cook, but I’ll try to recall what I typically do and post a recipe.

Have a great trip Asura!

Hey has anyone heard from Doc?  I’m very worried about him...

I heard from doc January 14th. I asked how his pain was and he said it comes and goes and he seemed to be having an ok day.

I hope he's still managing ok. Pain management is a bitch.

I confess I realized I needed more mason jars earlier this month.
Now I realize I need more rings as well.

Contamination full circle :

I had some G. Applanatum that I couldn't get to fruit and got moldy. I chucked it into the trees in hopes something might come of it in spring. I found my dog eating them.

I've had to let her outside every 2 hours through the night because she has the shits.

What do I find in front of my SAB? That same mold, returned, in dog diarrhea form in a puddle in front of the SAB.
