TXBD make sure you read the instructions. From what I've read you don't really get an exact temp of where the laser dot is. Depending on the model and accuracy you get an average of a circle around the laser dot.

Subfinder I'm sure if you have the coin you can get an awesome lens that would do the trick. Not sure about magnification levels but I bet it's possible.

Come on! Lol
Honestly, the issue for me is the shear mass of the mushrooms themselves... having a hard time thinking of a way to cook for one, using 30 dry grams, and not regret every bite lol... I can condense tea to a shot, and have filtered it through a coffee filter (still hot) the last few times... seems to help with taste and nausea
I'd genuinely sell my sock drawers to make a pot luck with you guys!

Tea is the only way to take mushrooms. If it's not a tea I don't want it.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but when you make tea you pretty much extract most/all of the actives out of the fruit? If that is the case, using the tea in your recipe is more beneficial than the left over fruit.
So really make the tea, use the tea in whatever you are cooking, then use however many leftover fruits you want.
As for a get together/pot luck is love to host but lack the room. Also if you read my confession above it'd be my luck the current batch of PWT living across the street would decide to pull some bullshit after everyone finished eating lol.
I know there have been shroomery get togethers done before. Would love to attend one. Not sure how to organize it. Plus there is the whole worried about a setup/loosing the anon factor. I would love to go to one depending on where and when
DnDRnD that's kinda the point

I strain and squeeze the fruit, or them back in the pot with a little water, strain and squeeze again, and then toss the fruit when I make tea

I gave my friend the leftovers from a 15 gram tea. He said he barely felt anything. That's how I knew my tea tek is spot on!

Hahaha id have to eat a small amount then, I have very low tolerance for those psilly boys haha most ive had was 2.5G and that had me seeing literally hundreds of crows in the sky and trees were waving back amd forth and had a yellow green and pink Aurora coming off them it was amazing but was close to becoming uncomfortable
Also yes when you make tea your performing a simple water extraction pretty much pulling the psilocin and psilocybin into the water.
Make a post in the gathering forum! Id love a big shroomery get together!

That's what I call surface tripping... shit gets deep
I can trip on 2.5g, and have had phenomenal experiences on 3.5g... but 14-21, sometimes 30... even did 46,5 once... different beast all together

That's pretty cool to have no fear, I would never dare to enter the world of 3+ grams purely based on my tendency to freak myself out. Im curious do you have any trip reports of the higher dosage trips? I can't even begin to fathom what a 30 gram trip would entail.

1st time I ever tripped was '96 ate 7g's dried and went to White Zombie & Filter concert, by myself. I met 2 girls on the max(public transpo train) that were headed to the show too. Had an amazing time!

read up on emissivity and reflectivity. those ir guns are easily fooled by exactly the things you don't want to fool you. like searing hot metal that reads the temp of whatever is reflecting off of it. try it on your PC next run.
also, a shroomery gathering would be pretty awesome, for real.
