When grating multiple cakes I get it,but I kinda enjoy the feel/sound of grating cakes. It's like grating styrofoam or some kind of dry sponge. Oddly satisfying to me.

I confess I cultivated and cooked my first full scale 'gourmet' dinner for the wife and kids last night. Oyster Mushroom and spinach pasta and it was fantastic.

Hey man, it was my first gourmet meal last night too!
Lions mane and King oyster! I just sautéed mine with butter, salt and pepper accompaniment to fried fish.
Look at us, all legit 'n shit.

I'm excited to put this Lions mane and Reshi into some fruiting! I plopped a King Oyster on the plates the other day too as a clone.

I really need to get into edibles because I confess I have way too many fun ones.
I am a gardener and a hunter so I completely appreciate how satisfying it is to put your own food on the table.

Supposedly it tastes like lobster. I tried cultivating it a couple times but my culture was bacterial.

I’m working on a LM project atm. This dowel’s been in the fridge for two years. Originally a wild specimen. I tried it out a couple years ago and it too was bacterial, so I tossed and never got back to it. If I get these good and clean I’ll shoot you guys a copy.

I confess, I looked up and thought this water stain looked like a shroom. Boletus edulis.

I have no LM experience, but I'm looking at the best way to get some rolling. I've finally had some real success with my oysters!
