haha, thanks.
I'm curious who's got it signed out after me. It would be sweet to share with someone so close!

That is really cool. Did you just mix up a few jars of different varieties?
Finally get to post here, but my story has likely been lived and told by others in this thread..!
We went for a nice long drive into the country to go hiking some trail, picnic, enjoy the wildlife. Good times. On the way out the door I had an "ah ha!" moment and ran into the house for a big plastic bag and got back in the car.
Wife says "What's that for?" I say "Poo." She shakes her head and laughs.
45min later I'm on the side of the highway scooping some horse crap into my bag while pickup trucks blew by and, of course, my better half had a great old time behind the camera cracking jokes, snapping photos, and I think I heard her talking to the dang camera.
When I walked back across to the car, I pretended like I was going to bring my steaming sac of shit into the front seat. She got to the autolock button JUST in time. The look on her face was priceless!
The poo jokes have been rampant all day and it's been great. And I finally have some really nice hpoo to sun bake and sub up for a few small summer projects I'm hoping for.

So I guess, my confession is that I'm a nerd (or equivalent) .
Damn, I thought you put a print in!
It would also be cool to print something on a page directly for a fellow mycologist.
I've been thinking of printing on banknotes as a way of spreading the spores. Books, meh... Nobody reads them :P But money...

When I started reading Spindly's post I thought that there was gonna be a print in there too, dig the calling card too though, it was a great idea!

Haha, thanks guys. Yep, the idea crossed my mind for sure! Just too risky, as the only prints I have right now are actives and you never know what arsehole might get the book.

Good confession!
I accidentally mixed PESA and AA+
It looks kinda cool but I'd say both types were a little smaller (especially the AA+) than normal and I think it is because the mycelial network was not as extensive because it had to work extra hard to find its own kind down there in the substrate.
