Woah. WTF is up with all the tension. Also that dude who says my shrooms aren't KSSS can suck it. The pics you are showing me are of a mutation described as peyote I read something about a long time ago.
Anyways I confess I just looked through my spore album and took a walk down shroomery lane. Every single print in there is from you guys and I sure have a lot. I still have a lot I haven't grown. I am going to start over with my Lucy's and try out this print from a random cube found by some rando guy on here in Florida. I think it will be fun to start out with some fresh wild genetics for a change.

The peyote clone was a specific clone someone had, cant remember who.
Mutated ksss are usually called spaceships or flying saucers and what not.
But you are right, ksss can put out normalish fruits. PPP did a bunch of grows with normal fruits

No tension here my man...just thought you would want to know...you still have beautiful mushrooms, i would love to have them myself, they just aren't KSSS...I never read anything about a peyote mushroom...that sounds like some bullshit lmao...
But if you want the real deal KSSS I'll check my spore collection later tonight, I might have some KSSS prints left...if I have an extra one, I'd be happy to pass it on to ya...

The way I remember it, and of course i could be wrong, but I remember reading that the KSSS in my pictures is a stabilized mutant....the KS in your pictures would put out these fat mutants that were a bit stronger ,someone cloned and stabilized the mutant and named it KSSS hence the super strain at the end. Basically the same story as with the Penis Envy variety...

The peyote is just a reference to the look of the mutation not what it actually is. Type it in google search. Also you might want to tell "redacted" that they don't have KSSS and see how they respond to you.
Also I confess I'm at the point where everything has produced 3 nice flushes. I threw out any sub that had turned and I'm just kind of picking off the strays in the Martha till my new jars finish. And finish they will. They are looking real clean.
I also confess I made a real mess with some straw in my bathroom. I will wait till the spring to try this again when I can do this shit outside.

Well, fuck I hope you're right, because that is exactly what I am about to fruit. I have jars and jars ready to spawn as well.
Also, not sure you can mention vendor names in a grow context.

Oh I was talking to that other guy. And yes! That's where I read it. Thanks. Those peyote ones are really fucking cool. Wish I had some.
I removed the link. But I didn't get mine from there. It's just his pics look like my KSSS. And either way I don'y care. Whatever they are they fucking rock. They run fast and make heavy pinsets and are meaty as fuck.
Barking up the wrong tree. Watcha talking about.

Hell yeah
They eat through rye like a California wild fire. What did you use for spawn?

I confess I just used bags instead of jars for the first, and last, time. Jeez the weez what a pain in the butt that was, trying to open the bag and drop an agar wedge in, then wiggle it down the inside of the bag to the grain, then tape it close, then blah blah blah. Too much work for me, personally. I'll be sticking with my jars: pop open lid, drop in agar and close lid. Boom, done.

Inoculating bags with agar wedge is an awkward task. Use agar wedges to inoculate grain jars. Inoculate spawn bags with colonized grain spawn, or liquid inoculants.

I confess I had a nightmare last night, I don't remember it in detail but I do remember it woke me from deep sleep and all I could think about was how I contaminated a whole fresh batch of agar.

I confess, about a week ago, I had a dream that was strange in many ways but at some point I found mushrooms growing on my shoulder. I was afraid to pick them. Is it going to hurt, are they a part of me?
