Yeah I don't need any more jars...got like 130 already...too bad I couldn't find a deal like that when I bought all my jars though...would have saved a bunch of money

Maybe you should find a mushroom that interests you equally as Psilocybes... Shouldn't be that hard, considering all there is to find out about mushrooms..

I second that recommendation, I want to try several edibles so, I can expand my palate and expertise in cultivation.
I confess that I find mycology just as facinating as medicine. I find it very addictive.

I confess, I put my Milo out to dry while I went to dinner without thinking about the weather.

I did not mean to sound negative, just that I would probably not have spent all my spare time the last few months fiddling with jars and plates, and reading, thinking and dreaming about mushrooms if all I had in mind was to have a supply of oyster
I think the oysters are cool too and I’m learning from growing them as well since I’m still a complete novice in mushroom growing. Once I know a bit more about what I’m doing, I’ll try some other edibles too and exotics as well. The latter are intriguing to me since my first wonderful experience of mushrooms was in Asia many years ago.
Any suggestions on fun things I should try?

You have to try lions mane. It stimulates NGF. Nerve growth factor. It has some other amazing properties too. And it tastes extremely mild. It takes on the flavor of anything you put it in. If you want to compare it like met it's the difference between cornish game hen and chicken. It's a much less gamey mushroom. It's so good fried up in butter with some rosemary and garlic. 10/10 would recommend.

Sorry if I came off blunt, I meant it as a friendly suggestion. Stuff gets lost in translation without enough smileys I guess..
If you're from Europe, I'd send you a wedge if you like. If you're from the US, you'd probably be better off taking one from a US based member with the cold n all..

Thanks fo the suggestion guys. I'd like to give that a shot - lions mane looks awesome. I'd like to ask questions about that, but that's probably off topic for this thread.

I confess I'm interested in your questions, but you'd have to come confess about your sudden interests... What's on your mind son? Have you sinned against your previous commitment to the holy Cubensis?

In other confession related news:
I bought myself an extra flowhood since it was dirt cheap and had fan included, and because it's a lot more portable then my usual big ass hood. I'm just a tad bit scared to tell my woman about it. I'm probably gonna wait until I sold off my vape or until she's off to her parents for a few coming week. Selling off my vape would be like "Hey, I got the cash... Sort of.. It's Christmas!", while her not seeing me for a few gives her a chance to let the idea settle a bit...

I confess...my ex wife left me on christmas eve 2013, I started getting depressed as fuck... looking for reasons I should just kill myself...then I read psilocybin helps with depression and started looking into cultivating my own, so I could find that "reset" button in my head... Found the shroomery and the rest is history...I got no time for depression now... Got too much myco work to start feeling sorry for myself again...mushrooms probably ended up saving my life honestly

That's awesome Leftfield420!
I also use shrooms for severe depression brought on by my marriage falling apart at about the same time...So grateful.
I confess I can't seem to take a full day off from mycowork these days...Trying for 2 but no dice. Todays day off has consisted of 25 transfers, misted 75 trays, and going to harvest/dry some shrooms...
Really need to run more monos or case these trays for less work.

I need to empty out some oyster spawn jars that I never got around to using. Just way to over colonized and not going to get used. I need to learn not to expand shit without following through on using it. I honestly think I did it as I didn't have any cubes ready and it had been since June since I grew something.

I've been making plug spawn because I don't have a flow hood yet....but I get plenty free oak logs so fuck it...I'm also thinking about building an old time fence out of logs around my house and inoculate said logs with bitter oysters... Just for fun

Decided to tell her today anyway. Wasn't happy, got a miniature lecture, but in the end she's alright with it. It's just that the money is tight... But hey, when am I ever gonna find one at this price again...?
