They deserve real plants!!!!!!
I'm working on it! Petsmart doesn't carry shit for live plants. The ones I've put in there look a lot better too.

Right now I'm working on ganoderma sessile, tramets versacolor, and hericium. They told me that if I bring in a mushroom, they will send it off to a state university mycology department and tell me exactly what my mushroom has in it. I confess, I'm super excited over this idea.

This is productive mycology work!!!

Yeah that was a main goal of the new build. 13 inched high so you have a little wiggle room with the bags.

I got an appointment for 1:30pm to check on the mysterious flank pain. really hoping I just jacked up my back and it's not a kidney stone. Also I discovered I like avocados. I bought one and cooked it up with an egg. No toast though. Can't have bread. Was too naughty with the carbs and spiked my triglycerides. It's weird because I really don't eat bread. But damn those sweets.

Would heating agar in simmering water be better? Get the water to the temp you want the agar to be, and placing the container on jar rings? Cleaning microwaved agar explosion sounds painfully ass.

I'm just going to say I've been doing this for almost ten years to honor my Dad (and some relatives) who I lost to cancer, and some good friends who have survived cancer... and hell Ol' Psilo has had skin cancer chopped out of his hide a couple of times.

Anyway... If you have 5 dollars (or more) to spare send me a PM for a link to my fundraiser. No offense, but since I will be identified by the fundraiser I will only send the link to folks who have been around a while.
I'm up for this, hit me up if I've been around long enough.

Oh. I wasn't supposed to? It was in my fridge and I was hungry so I put salt and peeper on it and browned it a little. It was pretty decent.
Also I just got home. After a CBC and a urine then ultrasound and back x-ray.
I thought I was going to get home in time and force myself to do these damn oyster and lions mane bags at least. Always tomorrow I guess. Maybe I'll do it if I can rally in the next hour so I have time to PC them before it's too late.

I've had cooked avocado before... not my cup of tea.
I much prefer to eat them fresh naked or with a bit of lime and salt. You can get them from street vendors in Costa Rica that way. So much yummy win!
In other Psilo News... Thanks to the folks who have contributed to my ACS fundraiser.
Also... just floating an idea here for a January contest. What do you folks think about a
"I'll never do that again!"
Theme?
