Kinda bummed about this pan cyan mini mono. I pasteurized the casing layer above 170 for a good 20 minutes on accident, didn’t think it was gonna make a big deal but it bloomed some trich overnight.

First tub with mold in a good six months.
I hope you at least get enough or a trip bro, only takes about a gram.

I confess, just found out I don't have to drive 2 hrs to the nearest horse feed store. Going to pick up some oats to prep tomorrow.
I am thankful for local feed stores.

I confess I'm little dissapointed germs bought into the cliquey-ness of the shroomery and has been ghosting me. Was looking forward to going to Azur's romper with you. A little anxious to be goin to this thing alone but there are a few other OG members goin that I'm excited to meet with. 3 days at azurs ranch camping off the river bed....gonna be a good time.

No joke, when you take a long break you get all the excitement, doubts and anxiety typical of first-time grows.
I confess I used to use tyvek sleeves to cover my hairy arms but I run out of sleeves a long time ago so currently, I just shave my forearms and spread olive oil over them in the hopes of getting nasties to stick. To what extent this is usefull, I don't know... I just hate to rub my arms with alcohol countless times during a session.
I confess sometimes I get glimpses of 'no-mind' during SAB sessions. They only last seconds but it feels wonderful. Can't have them through meditation or even with the help of mushrooms.

Olive oil is cheap and good quality here. It also leaves your skin nice and soft as a baby's butt. Not that I care but... I guess that's a bonus?

I just shower and put on a clean long sleeve Tshirt. Now that you mention it though, my arms could be softer.

No.. dude.. you shaved your fucking forearms... and rub oil on them. Just one would be one thing.. But both?
Like, I think after that you put it in the oven at 350F for an hour before drizzling the juices back over the top to keep it moist, then another hour.

Yeah Inoc I'm aware it's probably totally unnecessary lol. It's maybe one of those quirky things one gets used to doing and continues to do by sheer habit. I've also done SAB sessions without gloves, sleeves, oil or alcohol and even without spraying the SAB, and I didn't have any issues. Although doing everything the standard way puts me in the right frame of mind to do SAB work. Maybe the oil helps me with that.
