Congratulations, Hope you have a very healthy fruit (since your talking myconese). All mine are grown and moved on to there own patches. There's nothing like being a parent, I love it. I've always had great communication with my kids, they come to me about everything. My oldest is a girl and she would ask or tell me anything. When was 13 she walked up to me in the kitchen and looked me dead in the eye and asked me if her mom ever gave me head. That's when I knew there was nothing that couldn't be said between us. Her sister and brother saw that she could talk to me openly, so, they do too.
I wish you the best, there's no guide and it's a lifetime commitment, but man it's great. I now have 6 grandkids and watching them all grow up is beautiful, but stressful at times. It goes by so fast, enjoy every minute you have with them,

Some of the best and a healthy portion of the worst. I've traveled the world, served my country faithfully and honorably, raised children, buried a child, been married for 2 decades, divorced, married again (got really lucky this time around, been at this one 10yrs), dealing with serious health issues for 23 yrs (strokes, blood clots, severe chronic pain).
Even with all the bad shit lifes been good for the most part, debilitating pain is my biggest obstacle, it makes me suicidal at times, but I can't do that to those whom love me. I could take so many drugs that I cant function, just to be pain free but I choose to live a functional life instead.
Microdosing every couple days makes life more bearable. Mushrooms have given me my life back in so many different ways and introduced me to a community of some of the best people I've ever met.

I have a relationship with my daughter like that Doc. She is almost 18. It is a bit shocking at times, but I would not have it any other way.
She was telling me about struggling with the awkwardness of french kissing one time and then I asked her how she and her boyfriend were doing it... then I gave her some really basic advise, and a few other pointers and she was like... OH... yeah that makes sense, why didn't we think of that!?
I asked her about two weeks later how it was going and she was all smiles.
When she lost her virginity this past summer she told me and then we high fived!
Sadly my son (20) is much more tight lipped about his sex life. We can talk but I have to kind of fish it out of him. On topics other than sex though we are very good... very deep honest and emotionally intimate communication. Two years ago I turned him on to his first mushroom experience. It was a really great trip for him (I didn't partake as I wanted to be a good sitter and was not entirely sure of how he would react).

Is this your first eat? Haven't you been growing like, your whole life until now? Gonna be weird adapting to a substrate that can talk back I bet. Probably got the patience for it though.

I confess I got a notice the city is doing an inspection of my place tomorrow. I have work all day in a city an hour away ....I plan on putting all my tubs in my car and driving them to my moms house 45 minutes from where I stay. My mom is out of town till next week so no one will b home. Even though all my tubs are still only colonizing, I'm really nervous about the drive

What?!? Like, they're gonna come in, look around in all your closets and safes, and inside the shower, and your crawlspace & attic or basement and everywhere? Why?

TBH I have no idea what they are gonna check. I rent my property and the landlord just sold the property to a new company so this is all part of the process. The new owner needs to get these inspections required by the county. They put a notice last time saying they were gonna do an inspection so I put all my stuff in my car, and waited. A fire marshal just knocked on my door and asked if my smoke alarms worked...was hardly an inspection. Better safe then sorry tho. Maybe I could get away with buying some moving boxes and putting them in there in my closet with clothes on top....that sounds like a good idea actually

Indeed it does. They need to check the building, not your private shit. If they ask what's in there, you just say "Doggy costumes, wanna play?"
That ought to scare em away.

Shoeboxes and I can hide in the back of my clothes drawers, my mini monos i can hide in moving boxes. Glad I figured this out(: As for my 30 or so jars I can just hide Them in moving boxes
