I can't wait to smell that! The partially loaded dehydrator is a beautiful smell!

I sent my Sister this picture of a cubensis fruit and she said she shivered involuntarily thinking about the taste of them... and it has been decades for her!

The smell of shrooms is akin to the smell of pussy for me. Not that it smells the same, just that it releases this primal feeling.

i confess, i love the smell of oyster spawn and pan cyan spawn. the oyster has this almond like smell. and the p. cyans always smell a little woody but distinct to me.

I spawned a couple qt's of pan cyan a few days ago and it definitely was a different smell than cubensis. Not quite sure how to put it but it had a subtle nutty and woody aroma

It's weird. I think coir kind of smells like pine cleaner. But that's ok. Smells clean.

After a nice rainy day, I put on my red cape and start going places no human as any reason to go. If red-riding hood were a guy, he would look like me. A nice basket being carried by basket case. Among the green woods, there I lurk, like a panther with a red cape, on the prowl for the MUSHROOM.

For some reason, I love being in the woods with a really light rain. LOL, guess I just like the mood it creates.

I love being in the woods in any rain, but especially a misty rain.

The way you describe pan myce is how I would describe Mexicana myce as smelling.  To me pan myce smells very fungal just like cubensis mycelium.  I agree about the oysters though.  Very sweet, and earthy smelling.

OMG :lmafo:

I'd be all "Well who's that pretty lady?", then you turn around and I'm like "THE FUCK?"

True confession: I really dislike SAB work now that my FH parts are ordered but haven't arrived yet. Also got a great LED light bar to install in it, for just under 4 bucks! WIN!

Yeah, not to mention the fresh dust smell that rises when it just starts to rain or drizzle. Joy of life.

The smell you speak of actually has a name. Petrichor. And yes it's the most amazing smell ever.
