I don't think I'm good enough at spotting contams yet to know what is good and what isn't. I've just read to make at least 3 transfers befor putting to grain, so that's what I'm gonna do

:facepalm3:

I just brought my flow hood cabinet items in from the garage. I work in my basement and my ceiling is just a little over 6foot. Well The cabinet + fan box puts it just 2-3 inches below the ceiling. Now I still have to put the filter in it, mount fan and get the fan box over the fan. This is for a 24x24 filter. This thing is big as fuck and I don't want assemble on the floor have to pick it up. Now I guess I have the option of a lower, smaller table, BUT I don't have shit. Maybe I will have to build one.

Easy peasy, start on the table from the bottom up, then when the plenum and filter part is done, put on the blower, put the box that goes over the blower together leaving one side open, then when it's done shove it over the blower, turn it around, screw the last panel in place, and leave only the seals between the  blower's box and the plenum to do last. Voila! Might not work if your design is not that close to mine. I'll show you mine (build plans) if you want, you don't even have to show me yours

I will get the wife to help me lift it on the table, lol. I will still have enough room over the setup to allow air into it.

So I decided to try something new. Instead of throwing my clipped ends away and all the aborts and pins off when I cleaned my cake I figured why not dump them in the garden.

Some people hate harvesting but it's actually my favorite part. In fact I like to harvest extra slow. I like to gently twist them off from the surface barely disturbing it. Look at them and gently snip off the ends. Then I like to clean off every abort and pin and have a %100 percent clean surface. I'm sure that's all overkill but It's relaxing for me. I like to make the harvesting process go as slowly as possible and have the most perfect looking shrooms after I dry them.

Not me i try to get them to pull.off as easy as posdible but some of my tubs are stubborn and wont lrt go ... but i stuff my dehydrator with casing on the end and all then toss in the bag and shake it dump out and fill to get all the sub off haha .. shrooms get chewed up or crushed any way and i leave the aborts too much hassle i usually dont go for second flushes anyway though unless the sub looks like it wants to

I do mine mostly like TBC
Very methodical. I use this tool and I love it!

The curved blade is great for scraping stems clean, the brush for bits of casing or vermiculite clinging here or there. Very meditative.

Then again if I have three or four tubs I can get like Boogie "Ah helll no!" By the third or fourth tub!

Fuck I hate harvest. It's rough on the back and a chore. I just rip em out, cut the sub off the butt into a bucket and jam em into the dehydrators. No fucks given. I used to make my wife harvest for me I hated it so much.

My wife completely doesn't give a shit. She won't so much as learn how to mist for me. I drive an hour to work with no traffic, and sometimes work 16 hours. Still, I get "no, I don't care."

This is my mentality on harvesting. Definitely a back killer. I would like to clean em all up but I don't have it in me lol

Honestly this is one point edibles has on actives like super hardcore. For me to harvest 16 blocks took me less than a quarter the time it used to take me to harvest a monotub.
