I just super heated some water in a microwave and then used a sterile needle and tip to suction some of the water up. Does that make the water in the syringe now sterile enough to use for injecting?

No it needs to be boiling for at least 10 minutes

Isn't microwave boiling like way more intense. My microwave is high wattage 1100w. Thing buzzes like crazy.

Just did my research and found some answers finally. I'm a bit skeptical so I'm reading through the CDC site now to see where this information was obtained.

"To sterilize water, keep it boiling. If you're boiling water to purify it, heat it in the microwave long enough to kill the microorganisms. The Centers for Disease Control and the Environmental Protection Agency recommend boiling the water for at least one minute, or 3 minutes at altitudes above 6,562 feet (>2000 m).[6]"

And even so, the water would be the only thing that is sterilized, not the container it's in or any of the materials/filters that will come in contact upon aspiration. You have a PC, why don't you just use it?

The 2 things I am sick of in this hobby.  Jars & monotubs.  The 2 things I am doing about it.  1.  Locking down my liquid culturing technique, check.  2.  Revisiting environmental control.  It's almost time to bust out the LC gun again.

It helps to have them understand how much of a mycophile you are. That means trying to scare them away with your myco shit, litteraly. Just for a bit, but then you tell them how it is and ask them if they can live with that. There will still be the moments where you are balls deep in her pussy and you actually would way rather be elbow deep in your SAB that moment, but hey, that's life. Sometimes you gotta fuck a pussy when you'd rather be double fisting a plastic box. That's just how it is.

I confess that I'm a bit nervous about my second try sterilizing test tubes. The caps melted in the first time, ran it at 20 psi. Tried a regular boil on a cap and it held tight, so now I'm trying 15 PSI. They're sold as sterilizable in the PC so they should hold.. Looks to be PP. The PP bucket I put them in was slightly warped too, but it touched the side of the cooker where it warped, so I'm thinking it'll all be good at 15 PSI, but it still gets me all anxious. Opening it up just to have to do it all over again is no fun.

This is incorrect.  I actually do LCs, and recycle all my syringes, and never use a PC to do it.  You can viably sanitize a syringe using boiling water like this.
https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/12098357#12098357
I'm not saying you can't use a PC to sterilize a syringe.  What I am saying is that the only way to make a viable syringe by recycling for use with LC is to PC a syringe is flat out incorrect.

Dude, the fuck? How did you change your name again? Or do you have 2 accounts?

And also, correct on the boiling syringes. It works. All tools that can take the heat can be sterilized in just boiling water, as long as the water and tools are clean.
