The biggest trip of my life was realizing all of the events and actions described in posts made by this account were never real and had never actually happened, but were instead the delusional ramblings of a severely mentally ill human being. I just had to move on for my own good. I love you all.

start lower. one of my favorite signatures (aside from yours) says "anxiety is what you make it" it may not be so cut and dry but it's true. I wish you luck brother

Yeah bro, as I get older I start to have more anxiety about the surrender of control that tripping requires. Try less than a gram of garden variety cube, or equivalent PE, and see how that sits with you. Take more next time if you like.

I am supposed to be going to bed to get up early for work, but.. I found a mold explosion on my best plate and said "ill have to do a transfer as soon as  I get home tomorrow." But how could I sleep knowing that shit is crawling towards my myc? So of course I did the transfers and was kinda clumsy, fuuuuuuccccckkkkk. Wasn't mentally prepared (very new to this)but one plate went smooth and left me nothing to worry about.

Made two transfers, then dropped a third (as you can see), the black specks are charred bits of agar from the scalpel, ya its a mess. There was good clean growth though on that 2-5 o'clock section.

Try taking a lower dose of mushrooms, or better yet (as I found low dose shrooms to cause me more anxiety than higher), take a GABAergic like kava kava or phenibut alongside the mushrooms. Don't make a habit of it or anything, but once you've shown yourself you're capable of tripping without anxiety you can try remember that state in future trips without GABAergics.

Maybe the come up is causing the issues...Do you fast? Make tea? Lower doses cause more anxiety in my experience. A stronger measured dose from known fruits maybe alone in your favorite space?  I hope things feel better for you.

u could probably find enough dry kibble on the floor of the dog food aisle to make a 500ml batch.  takes a tablespoon or 2 of dry kibble to get 10g ground up, and theres usually a few bags that have rips and spill out if u wanna try it for free
