How about you go put some sand up your ass and then tell me putting sand in your holes is smart. Take a picture of it too so we can turn it into an emoji.

Wiped my arms down with alcohol, then gloved and wiped those down. I cleaned my gloves with alcohol ever transfer or 2. Flamed the scalpel as high as I could between each transfer. Now they all have satellites of mold. I guess my "tent" room in the basement isn't work. Some times I get great transfers, other times this happens. I need to get some wood and build this fucking flow hood, as well as actually finishing that off into a real room that can be sealed fairly well, and scrubbed with the flow hood.
a flowhood won't help you. you're shaky. I would blame sterile technique. I have had mold 3 feet away from my SAB for years without it giving me problems. are there any small air currents you can't detect?
I guess I just move to fast. I do not move over sterile agar. If it is simply me moving a bit to fast and causing an air current then a flow hood will help. I did the incense thing and there can be a slight draft at time.

I hated the incense thing. fill it with vapor or smoke works better imo. will the hood help you get better or will it help you get around improving?

I get really good plates most of the time. I think I just moved to fast one that rounds. The ones I did 2 days later have no mold contamination. I think the flow hood will just help with me being able to be quick. Like I said, I do NOT move anything over sterile ager except the wedge and scalpel. I also noticed a few gnats flying around in and out of the SAB today. It is possible those little fuckers are responsible. Flow hood would blow them away.

I confess I've been eating the nutritional yeast meant for my plates. First time ever eating it and it tastes damn good sprinkled in everything. I sprinkled some on my hot roast beef and cheese sandwich and it was insanely good.

I have so much free samples of peptone,I don't know what else to do with it. I used to eat the remains of clean petri dishes after making transfers, Reishi, cubes, lion's mane, etc. I could feel it.

That's why regulations require active misting, constantly wetting removed material until it's sealed for disposal and sealed tents around the removal area. Any exposure to airborne asbestos is extremely dangerous, even in small short term exposures. Any asbestos reaching the lungs is bad news.

I completely sealed my SAB by using toilet flanges for arm holes and taping a pair of cattle/horse exam gloves over the flanges. It has kept everything clean.

I confess, I had these cheese steak egg rolls with some bacon beer cheese that was pretty amazing last night. The elk burger wasn't too bad either.

That sounds awesome. Was the elk wild? I had some deer sausage with my bro the other night from one he got last winter. Soooo good and so different than farmed venison. Both were delish though

actions are always more offensive than an imagine. imagines are just that. a picture. its up to the observer to make a distinction of what the imagine implies. its called a thought. banning offensive shit is the first step towards making decisions for other people. you robbed people of there own freedom of thought and distinction. who are you to make that decision?
taking an action because a person dislikes an imagine is crossing the line imho.
unshroomy to the fullest.

That's not a cartoon smiley of a developmentally disabled person. That's a real photo. Why doesn't the site go and ask his permission if it's ok to use his face and write tard next to it. That's why it's not funny. How do you think that guy would feel if he knew that's how his face was being used.

The fact that you think this is about me being some liberal American just shows how ignorant you are. It's not funny. It's distasteful. I'm sure the site didn't go ask his permission to cut out his face and call him a tard. T His is a real persons photo. It's shitty ableism.
Would you think it was ok if someone took a video of me in my brace and then made a gif out of it called gimp and then posted it on here without my permission? No. Because I'm a real person.
You guys should talk about unshroomy. I'm starting to see what kind of people I'm really dealing with here. I would never want to cross paths with either of you in real life.
