Holy fucking shit. I was going over some old urbex videos I shot and realized that the things I was stepping over in some of the buildings are old blowers. I may have to get some before they tear the buildings down to make a flow hood.
I totally forgot these things were all over the place even single ones.
I think this is some kind of four blower setup with a plug attached. Shit I hope so. I wouldn't be surprised because this building is the oldest build in the 1800's and is packed with old medical devices. Looks like better sleuthing is needed. It's totally mine if I can carry it out. In these 70 something buildings there is bound to be something I can use. Also the old kitchen building may have some large pressure cookers. Not sure if any are small enough to take. Will have to go visit again. There are 70 something buildings rotting away on this complex. There is even an abandoned maintanance facility full of tiny panes of glass for prints. Just gotta rinse of the asbestos. One old abandoned kitchen facility and a newer one. There has to be shit all over I can sneak out before they demo it. Like there are even industrial electric fans galore and shit. And I'm sure all kinds of blowers for the ducts. If someone can show me photos of what I should look out for or tell me what I should look out for I'd be greatful. It seems my favorite hobbies are all interconnected. Mycology, urbex and photography. This just made my life better.

Yay! April and Ron are my favorite.
I confess I'm not sure if I can use pelleted garden lime instead of hydrated lime.
I also confess I walked around all day searching for king stropharia. I finally found a few small ones on a condo complex lawn by some black mulch. I got a few odd looks from the rich folks as they walked their dogs but fuck em. I crumbled them up and spread them around my garden. Hopefully I won't accidentally confuse them with my cubes if they pop up.
I also confess to being lame and too tired to go out. I decided instead to make a bunch of MYA jars. Tomorrows my last transfer and then it's going onto grain finally. I'm so excited!

I replaced my old burnt out plate with the same model. Oddly enough the new plate seems to have a more aggressive sensitivity to overheating and shuts off more. Because of this I can't get my cooker up to temperature. I have decided that I am ok with though. As long as I can cook my agar and grain and get it in jars in privacy I'm good. I can just fill and carry the PC upstairs and then put a piece of medical tape over the handle so no one opens it. Just carried the MYA plates upstairs. Hoping to get them finished off fast so I can go out.
I can't wait till November when I have my own place. This bites.
The creep upstairs stopped going to church and is now preaching to his kids instead. Like literally has his kids in chairs facing him while he sits behind the dining table in front of his bible spewing out the word of the lord. Sometimes I want to put a pillow over his face while he's sleeping. I'd never do that of course. I'm not the kind of person who generally has thoughts like that either. I was really glad when I told my therapist about this he said it was normal.

That's how I'd suggest doing it. Airport security sucks ass imo. And that way you wouldn't be out the $ for the plane ticket. They have dogs at some of the larger border crossings so you may want to rent a car if you tend to use it to move anything

Very normal. What's not normal is the whole preaching thing. That would definitely be considered Jehova's witnesses indoctrination cult stuff here.

I was doing some research and reading mushroom busts and they all seem relatively small. My favorite one where it says the guy was boasting about how he could produce 10 lbs. of wet mushrooms in 40 days using heat water and spores. Then it goes on to say the cops were proud that they had stopped this operation close to an elementary schools and how they think they shut down a key player in the trade. I know we aren't supposed to talk about law enforcement but you have to admit that's comedy right there. Like serious comedy. Another favorite was the Bonaroo bound crew with t-shirts they had printed with mushrooms on them for the festival. Like were the t's supposed to be their adverts. I also think it's funny they have people in and out with hazmat suits because that small quanity might produce enough spores to make them sick. Someone doesn't know how science works. So from what I am gathering only stupid people get caught.
