haha I should be rocking the one and done.
I just suck at taking out the compost on time.
The next flush is already in before I get around to tossing a substrate.

I confess that every time I see a fly in my lab I react in the same way that Walter White did when he found one in his lab.

I had a fly in my lab the other day. I was afraid it was going to fly over my open grain bag and drop mold spores into it. Had me freaking the fuck out. The fucker had to go.

Speaking of Walter White, I began watching the series again last week. Just began season 3 today. My favorite episode is Box Cutter. Not a lot of dialogue but very suspenseful.

I thought Dexter is confirmed for a return. Kinda wanna watch Breaking Bad while setting up a chem lab, it would be
super surreal. Check out the Do You Wanna Build A Meth Lab video on youtube, epic.

I have a bad habit of leaving my AA75X unadjusted for too long. Suprised I haven't wrecked more than 1 load.

I also confess that I literally just pulled this crap like 5 minutes ago. :tripping:

Hi Mr Hyde!
As a matter of fact, I’m working on Big Tex or β€œTex Rex” as I like to call it right now. I’d tried a MS inoculation before and made it to grain but then the whole operation tammed out on me. I can’t recall if it was at the grain jar stage or after I spawned to a shoe box (my go to for testing new cultures). Well I took a break for a spell but I think I had a transfer plate from the original ms inoculation plate. I recently made another two transfers and I’m starting to see some promising sectors. I was planning on updating you when I got fruits.

I confess I like working with wild cubes and I sincerely appreciate the generosity and brotherhood of folks like you!

That's life, bud, some of us just fake it better. Or yell louder then the rest...

So, I started agar years ago with little condiment cups. They worked with a certain brand and then they switched the lids to resin code like 2. Long story short melted a load and moved on from cups.

Found my stash of cups with the non-PCable lids, and did no pours with foil and soaked the lids in alcohol for a week or so. The cups didn't contam out so yesterday transferred some clones I'm retiring. I'm in the clear in 36ish hours, so I think it worked. Will finish off my stack of cups, but sketch-city...

First time stabbing the hell out of myself with an exacto. At least it was a fresh blade but that guy was sticking out my thumb and I was ready to grab my suture kit.

I hate that, especially the way it itches.

I don’t even know how many times I’ve pushed a new scalpel blade into my thumb while sliding it onto the handle.
