Icmag is the home for all the overgrow refugees. When uncle sam took it down we all fled there. Pretty dead now though used to be bigger.
Most people use Reddit or insta now that it's gaining legality

Overgrow is where I learned a ton about weed back in like 2002. I was surprised it was gone when I tried to check it out a couple months ago but then I found the story about what happened.
I haven’t found a decent weed spot. Rollitup is alright, that’s where I’ve been doing my journal.

Yeah that’s the site I read a ton of at first and I still have it bookmarked.
They say to feed the plant up to 6 times a day, but then on forums a lot of people that use coir treat it like soil and get good results. I wonder though if they would’ve done even better feeding it multiple times like the cocoforcannabis says instead of once every day or two.
I just put one of my soil plants from a 2 to 5 gallon. The roots were crazy. I had to cut the pot down the sides and peel it off and all the roots popping sounded like Velcro.
I can’t even imagine how my coir plant is gonna be. It’s in a one gallon and should’ve been potted up a while ago but I’m waiting to see if it’s female. There’s a bunch of roots coming out of the fabric so it’s gotta be way worse than the one I did today.

I used to MOD over at autoflower.net, but things got kinda fucky and I bailed. They do have some good growers handing out great advice, I just don't ever want to be involved again until one of the current admins is gone. The wrong person in power can make the difference between ego or logic running a place.
If you're just looking for up to date grow tips focusing on personal grows and autos, it's a good place to be.

I confess. I am once again faced with the decision to quit cult, only this time for a much better (I think) reason... I have the opportunity of a lifetime presenting itself to me to own a business and make 6 figures. I also know without a shadow of a doubt that if my family finds out I’m growing again, I will lose that opportunity all but entirely. On one hand I hate capitalism and materialism and on the other hand I want my kids to live comfortably. On one foot, I believe mush cult has kept me sane, sober, and alive. On the other foot, I may as well be dead if anyone finds out.
What would you do? Would you trade your passions for money? Exchange one lifestyle for another because it’s what society calls successful?
Edit: Chances are high that I will not change anything and continue to live a double life no matter what 😂

I’d absolutely drop cult to make that kind of money working for myself. Unless it was something I hated, and even then I’d prob just do it a few years and save money or until I could pay somebody else to do it.
The best part of your own thing is eventually after it’s built you can hire somebody to run it and then sit back and collect money while just checking in on things here and there.

Dude, that's a no Brainerd. Atleast try it out. If you decide that you hate it, you can say fuck em and go back to what you were doing. The best part of cult is that you don't rely on anyone but yourself. You have the knowledge and tools to pick it up and start over when ever you want. Shit, you could even put money away to save for your future cult fund.

I hear ya. And while I agree it is a no brainer, I am addicted to the thrill of hiding cult from my family. I think it’s a childhood rebellion nostalgia or something. Anywho, thanks for the input

I confess, all I can do is grow cubes. Any variety, always three flushes or more but I have failed miserably with literally ANY other mushrooms.
So far I've been trying Pan Cyans (handful of fruits, 2 yrs ago and nothing since), Pan Cincts (0 fruits), Ps. Mex (0 fruits) Ps. Subtrop (0 fruits) cotw (fail), super market champignons (fail).
I've had to turn to a growkit to get me some Pans. Beats me how they just grew in a bag at rt while all my own attempts keep failing.
So frustrated

I confess: Have an actual cultivation embarrassment/confession this time. Knew I needed plates ready so last night I heehawd around until it got late enough I debated putting it off another night. Some blessed motivation struck and I decided to just suck it up and get to work.

So happy with myself for getting the work done, and it always goes smoother once I get rolling.
Went to admire my plates again this morning, only to realize the blue got 0 agar, and the no color plates poured like fucking molasses cause that's where the missing 10g of agar ended up
try again tonight..

I'd try the business, opportunities do not come everyday and there are fewer as you age. Hell in a few years, the way things are going, it'll be "ok" to grow personal stuff at least. It's not just a no brainer, it's an opportunity not many get.

I admit, I'm generally a quitter when it comes to this kind of stuff. I can fight to death for something I believe in, but for something I don't? ... And somebody is trying to force their point of view on me? ... Nah, I'm not about that shit. Monks can be happy in Buddhist retreats without ever touching pussy, I think I can be happy where I am and with what I have and what I can change in the world.
So do whatever feels right. You don't have to make the right choice, you don't even have to be pleased with your choice, but knowing that you made it is quite satisfying. You've shaped the world in your image, making that decision, and that's quite fkin awesome.
Good luck man!
