Always loved looking at the growth while tripping, so neat how all the myc fibers and stuff mash together.

I confess that I've been so busy with work and a new chick that I haven't done anything really cult related in a few months now. I miss the community and the cult work a lot. All I've had time for is spawning a tub or two every couple weeks with leftover spawn from when I was going hard on it.
Trying to get things back in order starting tomorrow. I have so many overgrown plates for a bunch of projects I started before shit started ramping up. I don't know where to start, but I do know I need to start back because being away from it is killing me.

I confess cult work is super relaxing for me. After a day of work, I don’t go to bed, I sterilize grain jars until 2 am while pouring and inoculating agar plates over at my SAB. I’d rather be doing cult work than sleeping at this point.

I confess, it happened again.... No, not the dead body thing. I just fell behind and my awesome looking plates still haven't made it to the PCd jar in my SAB. It's all there. Just waiting. I just can't seem to get to it.

I confess I’m super stoked to start growing again when I get into my new place. Still have to find a chill pad and have the money but it’s going to happen! Everyone who sent me spores is a freaking god or goddess. I am forever grateful for this community.

I confess, I get tempted at times to walk down to my local police station with my mask on and clothing as unrecognizable as possible and just tell them that I am a local who is interested in growing mush for personal medicinal use for x y and z and then ask them how much of a priority enforcing the laws concerning such is for them. I know it sounds stupid, but maybe when I don’t have anything growing it would be a fun experiment. I mean, what’s the worst that could happen? They say, well it’s still illegal so you can’t, I would reply, but how much of a priority is it with all the other crime considered? Or they say, look buddy, as long as you aren’t causing any disturbances or selling then I can’t see any reason why you couldn’t.

That's a terrible idea. Cops like to fuck with people. They're gonna get nervous when they see you walking up to them with a mask on and might even tell you take it off. They're gonna tell you that it's against the law and not to do it.

As someone that had the cops come the my house, pick me up, and interrogate me for 2 hours straight for something I didn't do, I can't stress how important it is to not say shit to cops. No matter what. Geez I was naive back then.
Thank fuck I had a rock solid alibi that I was outside of the state when it happened, or I don't know how much money and time it would have taken to prove my innocence. Cops care about convictions. Whether they're convicting the right or wrong person, most don't give a fuck

You could always move to Oakland Santa Cruz Denver Ann Arbor or any of the other places psychedelics are decriminalized and lowest priority.
Or Oregon now that all drugs are decriminalized and just 100 fine or no fine and a couple classes. Finally taking a step in the right direction.

I would move in a heartbeat and got a gypsy soul to blame. But I have young children and a half decent job. Maybe all the stars will align and the miracle of moving will present itself. I can only hope

I confess I've torn down my lab and put it into a storage shed, intending on resetting in September if I am inclined. I did this yesterday, and I miss it already. I still have my microscope set up though.

I feel that. I'm looking at a house today and probably moving. Kinda bummed out about putting everything on hold. I'm not sure if my realtor is gonna do a walk through before we move so yeah... everything's about to come to a halt. Plates will get fridged and I'll likely just let jars go past colonization and g2g them after the move. Not looking forward to it.
It'll be awesome to get into this house though. Its owned by a friend so I won't have a snoopy land lord to deal with. Rent will drop by about 400 a month and its a bigger house than what I am in now. It's out in the country on 54 acres of private land, surrounded by trees and has a big bond full of fish in the back yard.
