I confess I've ALMOST posted at least a dozen times in the past few weeks, answers to a question or just chime in on a certain thread and every time I end up typing out a few sentences and then I criticize my own response to death and up just deciding its not worth it.
Not sure why i've been doing this to myself.

I've actually had a great encounter with someone here on the forums when I did a giveaway during thanksgiving-ish time and that encounter stimulated my interest in growing in general. It's turned out to be a very awesome rewarding thing.
Gotta love this forum!
(swear to god I almost deleted this before posting it. need...to break...cycle)

I got some old beans of blues x livers and I think a cheese cross from silas in the uk. They really old like 8 years or more. My step mom wants to try her hand at growing

I can relate. Not so much as a criticism of what I would post, but a disinterest in defending a position.
Not worth it.

Check out natalensis too.

Itโ€™s the weirdest myc Iโ€™ve ever seen and super frustrating (for me at least) to fruit, but itโ€™s an awesome trip. That and ape both got converted into my top secret personal stash until I finally get a good fruiting culture one day.

Doc, I have spores from a wild cubensis I picked on the island of koh chang in thaiรถand december of 2019.

Only grown it twice to get clean spores to share here. Pasty is currently working with them on agar as we speak.

Also got a pretty long tradelist.

Im currently on my second attempt at fruiting semperviva and Cea, have you fruited them before? Gym Lu?

Well I have to agree;
1. Still being new, when I try to help, I feel my advice might not be experienced enough to cover the situation completely or accurately.
2. Seems like they just go off into space or the person comes back with what they wanted to do in the first place.
3. Some peeps seem to get so much help and some seem to get ignored. Sometimes I feel the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
4. And where's the answers to my questions? Ok, done now...

I just dug through my stash this morning and found a few natalensis prints if you still need one.

Definitely worth reading though the natal thread, itโ€™s a super weird mushroom.

Like eating or growing??

I dont usually dose very often so Iโ€™ve tried like 20% of the stuff Iโ€™ve run. Especially once I found out how many different species there were I focused more on that than cubes. Actually now that I think about it Iโ€™ve probably eaten more different species than I have varieties of cubes at this point.

That's where I'm trying to get. I got some stones from tamps but never got fruits and had some pan and psil cyans on agar a while back but never made it past that.

A.K.A. if you hook up doc with the NSS (assuming thats what you have) I'll hook him up with the Natalensis when it arrives from S. Africa. I owe him a solid. Shoot me a PM doc.

That's interesting. I confess that I want to know more about you. Why did you join cult? For me it wasn't intentional. I wanted to trip one day and don't know or trust most of the people around me so I decided I'd try to grow some of my own. After a lot of reading and planning I just kind of got sucked into something that I didn't know I was going to fall in love with. If you remember a while back, I tried to stop cult after I filled a gallon size jar with fruit. I couldn't stay away from the hobby and I missed talking to people like you guys who also have a passion for it.

I was just going through some of my old posts to try to find a reference link to answer a question someone had and scrolled past some comments by Funkymonkey. I confess that I liked that dude and was bummed out when I saw that he was the Becky troll. I had a feeling that shit was a troll account based on some of the ridiculous things that was coming from it but I didnt expect it to be him.
