That two weeks was pretty much as you're describing. I'd come home, shower, empty the dehydrator, rush harvest a few tubs, fill the dehydrator again and go to sleep.

I worked a job once where we did six 12’s every week for almost 18 months. I was growing then as well.

I couldn't do that for a long period of time. Luckily, I didn't have any crucial cult stuff going on at the time. No plates or anything that needed attention. Just mist and cut. These two weeks were 16 hour days. It went by fast but I really started to miss my wife and kids towards the end of it.

Dude when I was 18 I got a job selling cars that was 9-9 everyday but Sunday. I’d get off work and go to a party and end up passed out on the couch an hour later

I only made it a few months and then took all the money I’d saved from having no free time and went to Waikiki for a few weeks.

Worst. Job. Ever.

I finally quit when I got yelled at one day for not running alongside this couples car trying to stop them as they left. Like wtf. Only a maniac would do that, if they didn’t buy a car some kid chasing them knocking on the window yelling about APR isn’t gonna change anything.

At least you don’t have to teach your kids because of Covid on top of it all

I confess that the older I get the earlier I go to bed and as much as I hate to admit it, I feel so much better the next day than when I'm running on 5 hours of sleep. I've also started drinking water on a regular basis. Who woulda thought that sleep and water are the feel bad remedy? It's kinda funny but I'm more excited to share prints knowing that they are as clean as they could possibly be.

One of the first times I did spore print to agar I extracted all the completed petri dishes out of the SAB and into a small tub. I then proceeded to put this small tub on top of my SAB lid for a moment to handle something. The SAB lid was misaligned and all of the petri dishes spilled their contents into the SAB. Not one dish remained closed.

:tryingnottodie:

I knew immediately I should have cling wrapped them upon taking them out. I knew immediately I shouldn't have set them down in some sketchy spot. But by then it was too late. Also, I posted this in the wrong thread at first. Failed trying to share my failures.

I confess that the older I get the less I sleep. Right now I average 4-5 hours. It’s more of a being a night owl vs waking early for work issue. When I was working nights I always got plenty of sleep during the day and still had time for a few pre-work margaritas

I confess I only sleep 4-5 hours also but mine is just military I think... when I wake up, its eyes open feet on the floor GO. My gf has 17 alarms and still can't wake up on time and it blows my mind. Lol

I had a roommate once who had this alarm on his phone of a rooster crowing and every morning it would wake me up from across the house so I’d go to his room and he would be snoring away with this thing blasting away right into his ear. I’ve never been able to sleep like that, if somebody even touches my doorknob one eye pops open.

Do you guys notice as you got older your sleep patterns changed drastically?? My whole life I would sleep til 10-11am and go to bed like 3-5am but sometime around when I turned 30 I started passing out way earlier. The last few years I’ve been getting up at 4-6am no problem when before I’d be a zombie that earlier no matter how much sleep I got.

I could sleep all day if I wanted to. I've had terrible sleep habits for all of my life. If I don't set an alarm I'll wake up at one in the afternoon and be pisses off that I wasted a day.

You on console? PS4? I play on the weekends as well. Just got the Tony Hawk's remake. It's pretty nostalgic. They prettied the game up and added the features that the game needed.
