I watched a doc on Amazon that said there's this rubber tree blight that could wipe out the only rubber trees we have if it makes landfall. Idk how true that is but I think we'd be fucked.

I confess I'm always terribly reluctant to start a sesh and love me some procrastination like I'm doing right now posting this. It's alright while I'm doing it and can even enjoy it, getting my ass started is the hard part.

A few months ago I received some prints from a kind user of this site. Me being me and an overall moron used up pretty much all of the prints on like 30 plates. Said user informed me that the print should have lasted way longer and I felt like shit for wasting so much and even moreso when the plates got riddled with bacteria.

I took a month off and planned to just give it up and send my remaining supplies and prints to friends. Like I'm still really new, I'm not too invested and I have a history of giving up. I'm sure you can look through this thread and find those comments lol.

But out of avolition I let these disgusting plates sit there until one day I saw a pin! I put the pin on a new plate and said "fuck it" and tried to pick mycelium and did some shoddy transfers with the others.

Well, a month and a half after giving up this is what I've got.

I know its nothing compared to these monster tubs and dank species and shit. But if I'm gonna use this website to anonymously bitch about how much of a piece of shit I think I am, then I think it's only fair to balance it out and say "you know what? Its not much but I'm proud that I didn't give up. I hope these fruit and teach e a lot about myself"

Right on man. That bigger jar looks almost ready to go.

The spores don’t matter as long as you’ve got myc on a plate. You can clean it up or eventually grab a pin like you did. Once you get fruits you’ll be set for spores.

I started a year ago and have spent almost the entire time growing different varieties once so I have prints. Once I got into pans/tamps I decided 20+ types of cubes is plenty so now I can finally work on finding clones to slant.

Thanks man. I'm sure you can seen I'm going for a mixed spawn so I'm excited to just see how those turn out and what their kids will look like.

I'm definitely really excited to get onto pans. I'm doing transfers today from the initial swabs done 6 days ago. I got my fogger thing, the air compressor idea was too loud and it wasn't getting any quieter no matter what I did. So now I need to set up a chamber for that but thats a different day and a different thread lol.

I confess I sometimes wonder why every once in a while a new account pops up and starts spamming posts in the main threads containing only one or two words but never actually interacting or adding anything.
I find it very weird, it's always the same person? Or are there more of dem kreepers?

Rusty whyte was the first tea I had in 20 years. Was like 25g wet, I soaked it in lemon juice, made a tea and then ate a bunch of it. Hit me hard as fuck, visuals all over the place and super euphoric.

I confess I haven't had open eyed visuals in decades, I have to be alone in a certain setting to take any kind of a journey or have open eye visuals

Also,  I found a new clone yesterday

That’s a nice one for sure.

Gills patterns trip me out. A lot of them seem to go long-short-medium-short-long. Then there’s the PE type ones that are all swirly.

I confess this was in my inbox yesterday and it was slightly creepy.

I would have left out "slightly" and just say it's fucking creepy.
