my appologies, just getting used to these uploads..

they look iffy to me i forgot to mention there ms pe strain day 12 of incubation in rye qt jars they colonized at 30% before i shook the jar, very strongly perhaps to strong and i damaged they myc, i saw secreted metabolites a couple days ago i think its called? or bacillus? should i just toss or just wait n see if it gets healthier looking?
my appologies on the questions, i just dont think its bacillus as its not grey mucusey looking, cant really smell through g/e port ive got the flu at the momen, but i doo see yelloish water balls inbetween the kernels.

Bad pictures. It looks like you shook those jars. From what I can see the jars look bacterial. I don't know if it's the bad quality but the second picture looks like the jar could be contaminated with Aspergillus. Let them colonize some time without shaking them again and update this thread on Friday or earlier if you spot other colors in your jar.

Bacterial slime. No you cannot expand, but you can take it to agar.

These are my other jars o plan on gtg tommorow to bulk. Do they look finished enough? Ya ill post a pic on fryday and see if those other jars start to pick up if not ill prob just toss or let it take its course and see if it pulls out. But will most likley trash. I do see other growth but given the slime ratio idk.
Is pe known to contam easilly with ms?

agar,is that attainable with a "noobs" experience? i read you can with jello,in a sab, but im weary doing so.. i think the process scares me the most, can you recomend a agar tek? i know spitball has a tiger drop 2.0 tek that seems solid the write ups for these are extensive i must say witch tworads a newb from it so to say. i use a 23qt presto pc

if the mycelium over takes the bacteria can it still potenially fruit? even with bacillus slime? pherhaps a heavy mix of hydrogen peroxide can suffice in a "cvg"bulk substrate mix upon a gtg..

Everybody is a noob when they start! I still feel like a noobie lol...get yourself some agar and a PC and really start farming the mushies my man...you will never look back and always question why you didn't do it sooner...

when i was a noob i was like 'psssh agar.. wtf im not a chemist using petris and shit'

watching the culture grow on the agar and knowing you have clean cultures to put in jars allow the brain to focus on other things. like how to grow mushrooms!
opposed to reactionary thinking about beating contams/ultra fruiting chambers.
