For all y'all psychonauts, what psychoactives make games the most interesting? And if you haven't tried it, play beat hazard on shrooms. Use your own music on it, I'd suggest Gonga and Vanilla Fudge. Yes also.

I say no because the concept of playing video games becomes confusing and since im so in the present, im not really able to piece together whats going on, unless its some kind of pvp game, which still can be a lot to take in. Another thing is i can play video games anytime i want, why play them while having a psychedelic experience? Theres a lot of other things i would rather be doing.

Seems acid is pretty useful for me when it comes to fighting games. Me and my friends would play Mortal Kombat or Soul Calibur all dosed up and the fights seemed so choreographed because we were just able to play off each other so well.

Ill have to try mortal Kombat sometime. most of my tripping video game experiences have been 3d games but i did play mario 3 with a friend once and it was just chaos, i couldn't really focus on Mario because the tracers were unreal (high dose) and i remember the sand blocks in world two were just swirling all over the place. It was fun yeah but it didn't keep our attention for very long...

Yeah my favorites are fighting games and racing games when I'm dosing..what I really wanna try though is some VR when they get it really good. That would probably be soo weird.

My first psychedelic experience with video games was great, I played skyrim and the music went great with it, as same for the scenery.
It would get a little sketchy when a dragon appeared, or someone started attacking me for no reason, but if youre strong in the game, then you're strong in the mind.
But recently I tried playing kingdom hearts while active, and let's just say I started getting self conscious about why I was grinding levels in a video game for no apparant reason, I couldn't connect. I should of ate the shrooms and started from the beginning but I ate them, started tripping, then jumped into the game all distorted, not knowing where to go, and heartless were chasing me.

Have had some odd times playing games tripping.
Remember having a very profound "trance" like experience playing WoW & just walking around Orgrimmar & Durotar. Undercity & Thunderbluff were also dope as fuck.

I can't really imagine myself enjoying gaming while tripping. I know even when I look at my phone while in that state I feel indifferent. I've also never tried though, and maybe it would be better if I started playing before the actual come-up like Chak said. I'm more of an adventurous/out doorsy type of tripper usually

I also think its aimed on personality and generation.
If youre not good with technology, then it will become impossible while on a trip.
But if you are a millennial gamefreak, then it's like going into a second world, that holds a lot if color, nostalgia, and spirit.

i am a millennial and a bit of a game freak, ESO was the game i played for a while and i was having a good time, not great like weed, cause the mushrooms were like - go outside! but i genuinely love video games so i neglected it and sat there and i was tripping a bit but the shrooms were nagging, i couldn't enjoy it. this was in the beginning of my tripping, now i either sit in darkness in my room or get lost in the woods, but every now and then i turn on the P4 and play for a couple min until i start getting nagged. i really wish i could enjoy it but man it doesn't feel right to me?

I love playing strategy games on psychs. They tend to make me hilariously megalomaniac and it always winds up being a good
Alternatively LSD has always made me enjoy extremely visceral games like the Far Crys or Wolfenstein: The New Order.
I also played a fair amount of Witcher 3 on acid and it wound up being pretty amazingly immersive.

Not a fucking chance. I saw Lethal Weapon 5 not 4... 5. I couldn't even watch TV because I'm out there like fucking Pluto, totally fucking gone shit.
Video games? No way would I have the urge to play them while tripping. Doesn't even compute in my brain because I'm too busy playing the game within.

Try lower doses every so often & maybe you will be able to emerge yourself in certain games.
Everyone is different though. There is only a few games I would play while tripping & really I don't "play" them more just walk around in them.
Done it playing WoW a lot for example.

I'm not against it, different strokes for different folks. I just enjoy loving everything and everyone and just fucking WOO. I like to recite acronyms and making sentences with words that start with the same letter I've made. Or copying from silly movies I know off the top of my head like Rocketman or Austin Powers... silly shit.

Lysergamides, 2CE, any strongly stimulating psychedelic is pretty good for video games. I never have the concentration, energy, motivation, or skill to play video games on tryptamines though.
Skyrim and other free roaming games are awesome no matter what though (even on tryptamines).

I didn't really fuck with any missions, I just walked around and did the random shit, like go to the theater and watch those short films they made, lol.
One time I popped on GTA and I was tripping REALLY fucking hard, and dude, the world seemed so fucking real. From the sounds of the cars driving by, cars honking, people randomly saying shit as they walked by, to the birds and bugs buzzing...shit was crazy, man.

So I ate some shrooms and started a new game on kingdom hearts to try that again, I didn't get far at all due to all the cutscenes, and I was so stoned out I didn't feel like having these kick in while destiny island is being torn apart by heartless so I just set the controller down RIGHT after the cut where they are on the tree explaining leaving this world.
Once the shrooms kicked in I was pointed towards the tree you can climb up, I couldn't see much with that, until I picked the controller up and turned around to the sky and ocean.
The screen was moving so beautiful, the ocean looked SO VAST and there was so many clouds in the sky, so pure, so white...
I ran around destiny islands for about 15 mins till I remembered I can't continue because this beautiful place will get destroyed.
So I did all I could, took in all the sites, and then I put the controller back down at the tree.
I think in the end I reset the ps2 to loop the intro, but still, turning around to see how awesome that was took me by surprise.
On shrooms I feel like I'm totally sucked into their virtual reality world, because it has all the traits our world, or any other worlds have, like skyrim (Sky,ocean, fish, grass, houses)
Wicked experience.

First game I played tripping was Fable
Best game I played tripping was The Witcher! Found myself screaming at the TV when some drama happened or someone died. Then battling this big ass octopus thing totally freaked me out. Then I had sex with one of the characters and got highly aroused..

haha, when i was young i would take a few lsa seeds and drive around in gta listening to the radio...
years later on lsd i played bioshock and i cried so hard man. It was incredible but i ended up turning it off because it also became really scary. I was at the final stages of the last one. (The entire series is connected from the first scene to the last)
Overall i don't really recommend, i don't even recommend tv. Last experiences i have not even played music... It can be beautiful but to me its only become more of a distraction

Vampire: the Masquerade Bloodlines on Dextromethorphane / DXM, and voodoo chicken blood as a joke, from maybe a dozen years before I went sober.
A role playing game, poets could pretend to dose as an exercise in "free writing," the association closest to the surface of the brain written non reflectively to avoid an ego filter.
I role play, I used to play the game high on DXM and pretend like I had psychic powers wandering the local mall late at night.

The new geometry wars was the sickest game I ever played when I was dosed. You're a shape flying through space shooting shapes at other shapes to sick repetitive sounds. I guess you could say...it shaped up to be a pretty good night

I tend to stay away from eletronics as much as possible when tripping, especially the TV. I did once play Skate for hours after taking a little over a gram of mush though and that was pretty cool.

I'm always outside when I'm on psychedelics, so I wouldn't have a clue what this would be like, any recommendations from anyone? Would like to try this sometime.

Something simple and new.
During the come up on shrooms, I get hella distracted by anxiety and all that bs.
You might want to find a game that you can find yourself playing for that period of time, and for 4 hours straight, depending on your trip.

Everyone is different because even when people are sober when it comes to games most people can be picky with what they want to invest their time into.
For me when I am tripping I just love playing WoW. I play vanilla on a private server & love just running around certain zones or cites with the game's music blasting. Vanilla WoW for me is great for nostalgia I have so many good memories from when it came out that those vibes rush over me again. The environment of the game just makes me sink back into the mind set of a simpler time while still being amazed just at the games world.

I like to play games on psychedelics, but I will admit that it's not my first thought when I'm at the height of a trip. I prefer to play visually stimulating and generally non-difficult games when I'm on the tail end of the trip. Far Cry 3:Blood Dragon is one of my favorites, shitloads of bright neon colors and really easy gameplay for an FPS. I'll also plug in my older consoles and reminisce in the feeling of nostalgia, which tends to be acute when im shrooming.

Huh,
Somewhere I'm sure I posted about flying a spaceship in elite dangerous and docking in a space station (whilst doing a courier mission) whilst tripping on acid.
And playing unreal tournament. It was halloween and had pumpkins, which gave you health, but also exploded. I played that for about five minutes before laying down. My heart was racing and I was hyperventiliating.
I think I'll try crimsonland on it one of these days. It's simple and if I find the right spot, I'll be totally in the zone.
Just putting this up here for shrooms and combat.

I just found out that any speedier substance are great on Rocket League. My reflexes are fantastic on some RC psychedelics and other stimulating substances. Luckily it's a game where you don't have to think too much and just react. Definitely worth a try if you haven't yet.

Meh. When I'm on something I don't care too much about the outcome or my performance. Just enjoy the game.
Playing FPS's is a nightmare. I'm. Literally a dead weight for my team

I'm a blood Muslim role player, my politic on if vampires were real: I only defend Muslim converts based upon their military standing on scried embassy qualifications, at margin: This means they consent to be the members of the military of Buddha, even if they only consent to benefits of membership they have embassy standing enough they may be worth defending.
I cannot defend anyone that does not consent to benefits unless the property of consents to benefits, in the sense of children or indentured servants.
The highest long term success probability of the Buddha military on altruistic / fairest possible margin, if and under condition anyone can be invited to join and non Muslim vampire know they will not be invaded if they are not preying on Muslim.
I'm a Blood Muslim that sides with the blood of Muslim against invasion.
Even sociopath and the guilty gain embassy standing with the Buddha if they convert to Islam against invasion, and they can even be defended against anything which does not make the Buddha accessory to crime for defending. Anything worse, and within the parameters of what they have earned over all. And the Buddha cannot touch vampire if they drink the blood of nonmembers of the Buddha military.
This videogame involves drinking blood and using realistic psychic powers.
In Hollywood's "Underworld," Scott Speedman is a star with a name that seems to scream the blood has got speed, man, in it, because the adrenals atop the human kidneys secrete adrenaline directly into the human bloodstream.
the Malkavian in the youtube video practices Dementia, which can involve telepathically transmitting fear to disassociate the psyche of others. Playing Vampire: the Masquerade Bloodlines high on dextromethorphan as a Malkavian would be fun because induced to enjoy disassociation manifesting psychic powers disassociated.
