Truffles with Mold

I bought some truffles off a site called shayanashop for a NYE treat. The "mushrocks" not sure which type of shroom it is go be, is not as blue as in the picture on the site.
I got a box of Atlantis which is to stay good for 6 weeks. I opened my package to see mold.
Can this be saved or is it doomed?
I was going to grow shrooms, but with a lot of recent traveling, a hint of laziness, and the yearly apartment inspection from landlord's insurance, I decided just to buy truffles given the time restraint. This company sends shroom grow kits and full on truffles, but for mature shrooms, it is in powdered form.
Here's a picture of the truffles.

There's weird looking grass in the plastic box with the truffles. The truffles are white, some with black, some dark brown.

There's a layer of white, thin cotton like stuff on top of it all.

I did take the truffles outta the box because the white fluffy looking stuff didn't seem right. I tried removing the grass from the truffles, but some are stuck on well enough.
Here's a picture of the fully ripe one in a package and the other picture is of what was said to be consumed within 6 weeks/came in a container with grass. I noticed the truffles are changing colors as they were white and now mostly brown with a lil black here and there.
I am trying to understand what the white fluff could be and if this is a well looking truffle as I have experience with them.

The white stuff is mycelium, that's normal and ok to eat. I'm not sure if the black stuff is mold or not. If they smell moldy, I'd just peel or brush the outer layer off. Wash em again and eat em. If they don't smell moldy, just eat them. The white fuzzy has the drug to make you trip in it and the grass seed would be a seasoning of sorts.
