I currently have 6 PF jars colonizing, I inoculated November 28th and they are about 75% done colonizing, their growth has seemed to slow down the past couple days and today I noticed some pinning inside the jars and the substrate is not fully colonized, also there is a yellowish/cream color in a few of the jars it is very subtle but in the light it shows up This is my first grow any idea what it could be ? Any input would be greatly appreciated Namaste☮️

The one that's pinning is ready to get dunked and rolled. Yes you can dunk and roll it even with pins growing.
The other 2 are showing signs of bacteria. The last one as well tbh. This proves that fruits can still grow with bacteria present. Bacteria doesn't travel like molds either so you can still birth the bacterial guys as well after full colonization/consolidation or if it pins early rinse off the uncolonized areas and dunk/roll and fruit.

Thankyou for your input, unfortunately that's kinda what I assumed was the issue but was hoping otherwise. I have a couple questions just to clear things up Would it be safe to eat the fruits from the bacterial infected cakes ? Also since the substrates are not fully colonized I would be washing off all the uncolonized parts, but what about the few cakes that have the middle full of uncolonized substrate Once in fruiting they're subject to the element, should I birth them and hope for no contam? Toss them? Or any other approach? Namaste ☮️

This is if they fruit before full colonization. The chances of it doing that while colonizing the middle is highly unlikely, but if it does you can always just top fruit out of the top of the jar.
Bacterial substrate fruits are edible.
