As Barack Obama leaves office and Trump takes his place

As these events occur what are the major differences between the two candidates?
One is far left. One is far right. We know what our opinion is of each one and what each one does right or wrong. What is the main difference though between the candidates leadership style analyzed from a point of view where we see their difference in tactics? Not necessarily seeing each one as good or bad from a subjective point of view, but from an objective point of view.
What do you think the main difference between the two candidates is? Discuss

Bi partisan politics ensures two parties have conplete control over a democratic election process. Nearly all this was by design

Funny because the president nor any branch of the United States government has any authority over the federal reserve and their ability to create monies.
If the president can't control one of the most crucial aspects to any Nations true independence doesn't that show his true lack of power and influence immediately?

You guys communicate about the president as if he is the true string puller.
But we all know what makes the world go 'round... and that's money
Pissed about the debts that obama racked up? Pissed about private funded wars?
We know the presidents cannot be blamed for this as they don't authorize this money creation and spending.
It would appear that there are players above the president that truly control the largest tool of influence and that's the money!

Bickering about presidents and the illusion of influence they actually wield seems utterly pointless if you already are aware the seat is an illusion to began with.
It's akin to arguing over which mythical creature stole the teeth under your pillow even though you all acknowledge it was your parents taking them....
It's like a bunch of BS dialogue just filling up space

Presidential power is not an illusion. There's simply a dispute on the degree of that power.

When they cannot control the greatest asset of any true independent nation then sorry but it actually is.

Just because the president is beholden to use his power at the behest of outside interests doesnt mean the power is an illusion.
Otherwise the richest and most powerful people on earth wouldnt be dumping billions of dollars into the election to make sure the stooge who owes them one gets elected.

But that very power of a nations leader is a complete farce if this leader can't control a nations most powerful tool and that's money creation powers.
Furthermore clearly all those rich people didn't lose too much and the markets they influence hardly reacted in such a manner That they just lost it all bc of x candidate lost.
So it seems those wealthy are well aware of the facade. Of course a well donated president can make sure a company gets certain breaks and contracts it isn't anything more than that.
The dialogue I see here claims they know this farce yet they still quibble over exaggerated presidential powers as if he is the end all be all.

Dear god if Obama is left then I get why everyone hates on the left. To my mind he's pretty much squarely in the middle in most respects
