Feedback on improved BRF Tek?

Hey Guys,
Figured I'd ask you guys about this improved BRF Tek i stumbled upon not so long ago. Maker of the video claims it to be Tek of Hippie3. But idc, that's the Tek I ended up using. Everything I used is organic.

What do you think? Is it overdoing it?
I did 4 BRF jars following this tek with B+, 4 days ago, and so far no mycelium growth yet. I'll give updates on those jars if anyone is interested. This is my first grow and I thought I would do this in a proper manner.
Quick list of extra ingredients: Beepollen, coconutflour, gypsum, cornmeal, flaxseeds.

Bee pollen Flowers make pollen, bees collect it. So do humans.
If the improved one was better it would be the recommended one

for the effort it takes to just make the BRF cakes, the brf is plenty nutritious not to have to fuck with extra additives.

Haha oh well then.
We will see how it turns out. Atleast I know that gypsum is recommended and I still have some juice left in the syringe for another 6 jars.

Tiny dots of mycelium is coming along in 3 of the jars now. So it seems to be working so far. I put them near my radiator, which seemed to speed things up.

what is the temp in your room? If its 70 to 76 F you shouldn't need a heater.

My room temp is around 73F. I read that the sweetspot of temp during the incubation period is around 82F. So I thought i'd just give them that little extra heat by putting them near my heater. I think the temp near my heater is even below 82F. I have a thermometer on the table where i got my jars, and it says 25 C - 77F.
